1/2 cup of meringue powder
1 cup of water
3 cups of powdered sugar
4 sticks of unsalted or salted butter
2tbsp vanilla flavoring
With the whisk attachment.
Add meringue powder and water into the mixture. Mix on medium for about 5 mins til the mixture turns frothy/foamy
Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time
Once all the powdered sugar is added. Mix on medium/high til you see the mixture has stiff peaks.
Add in the butter slowly
Once all the butter is incorporated, continue to mix on medium high until the cream has firmed up. Once it has firmed up
Change over to the paddle attachment and mix for another 5-8 minutes. Store in the fridge or freezer.
