📫 Rye Loaf Bread
I made the rye bread recipe that many people have requested.
I made loaf bread to make it easy to to make a sandwich.
I was thinking about how to make it delicious, so I added maple syrup.
The harmony of rye and maple was so good that a really delicious.
The higher the ratio of rye, the heavier the texture and less popular for children.
I have a rye ratio of 37.5%, which is higher than general rye bread, but I made it so that the taste is still good.
* Make a lot of homemade rye bread sandwiches.
(For reference, it is better to put the tomatoes in the sandwich after wiping them off with a kitchen towel, as the water does not come out)

🎵 Oven
* Preheat the oven 190℃ / 374℉
* Bake in 190℃ / 374℉ for 5 mins plus 180℃ / 356℉ for 20 mins
🎵 Ingredients | 22.5 * 10.5 * 9.5cm loaf pan
▷ milk 100g
▷ water 100g
▷ maple syrup 15g
▷ instant dry yeast 5g (1+1/2tsp)
▷ brown sugar 15g (1Tbsp + 1/4tsp)
▷ salt 5g (1tsp)
▷ melted butter 25g
▷ rye flour 120g
▷ bread flour 200g

💜 How to keep it
* Put it in a food container and store it at room temperature.
It is delicious to eat within 3 days.
Or, when the bread is fresh, it is frozen and then naturally defrosts and have it.
