Oh really, thanks! I haven't paid much attention to it. Haven't been doing these exercises afterward, the TMJ came back a little bit, so I think consistency is key!

Have you ever heard of the Tanaka face massage? People say it works, I tried it, but wasn't consistent with the routine. It's a Japanese face massage routine.

Thank you! I will try that app. I had my wisdom teeth out so my jaw was slightly deviated after maining chewing on one side. This might help? I don't really hear my jaw clicking, my ears/Eustachian tubes do inside, I can hear it and no one else can. Hopefully this helps. :)
Thank you! I have that problem with clicking jaw ahaha and its really annoying. Def gonna try this😁

@@TinaTomato it probably is. working on your posture will probably have a bigger impact on your tmj than the face exercsies but i believe in face exercises too for antiaging effects haha. only 10% of people nowadays have perfect posture. i swear everyone has straight neck ( aka forward head posture, turtle neck etc) nowadays since they look down sooo much! I think it used to be that at least teens had perfect posture but not anymore with those smartphones. I just stare at people ears on the rare occasion that I go outside due to covid. the ears are supposed to stacked right above your shoulders. forward head posture is a major cause and worsening factor for TMJ... plenty of youtube vids about it. also posterior/anterior pelvic tilt are common . i wrote that because that's the number one treatment for TMJ. to check for your pelvis you can try the lie down test twitter.com/howtowsavealif3/status/1267078558368837632/photo/1 80-90 degrees is normal. there's also the stand against the wall test . twitter.com/howtowsavealif3/status/1260330461135544320/photo/2 your head, both shoulders, butt, both calves, and both heels should touch the wall. your back shouldn't be over arched. at most you should be able to fit 1.5 hands (your hands stacked on top of each other) behind your back. if there's a huge space behind your back you probably have swayback or anterior pelvic tilt and if there's no gap behind your back you probably have posterior pelvic tilt.

@@TinaTomato oh and another easy test is to have someone take a picture of you from the front, back , left and right. obviously relax and stand the way you usually stand when the person takes the picture.

Don't know how I ran across this video but this was awesome! I recommend you checking out orthotropics. It's an interesting theory of how you position your mouth and tongue while eating, along with the way you eat, can affect the way your face structure will develop.
