In this video from Food Talks, you will learn how to stretch Canotto style pizza, for that perfect puffy cornicione. We cook our Neapolitan pizza in the Roccbox pizza oven, but you can achieve great results in your regular home oven.
Instructions for conventional oven:
Preheat a pizza stone/steel for 30-40 minutes at the max temperature your oven can reach. Then cook the pizza Canotto on the pizza stone for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and has a nice brown color, and the cheese is melted.
