Cook your mushrooms on high heat so that you get good colour on them and gets rid of the water. Put your garlic in towards the end so that it doesn’t burn. Add some thyme. Add some butter right at the end for additional flavour.

Bojan, Its really a a matter of personal preference but i usually use a handful of mushrooms with 1 or 2 garlic cloves.
