You are so so right dc. In the end we are alone and we must find the strength to go on and cope with all the difficulties. Stay strong and things will get better because you do not give up. My greetings from Greece.

You are on my frequency doc. I often say that it is the work undone that we need not forget. One small step at a time can make a huge footprint in your life. If I am waiting for someone to carry me.....so sad.

That "save me" mentality can be really hard to get away from especially if you've been raised by depression era parents who spoon feed (mostly) their daughters that you can't have a happy life until a man comes to save you.😣. It takes the harsh reality of life to get that out of your head! That sounds negative, but it's actually a positive thing that forces you to rely on yourself and move forward due to your own efforts 💯🤜

Hi Dr. Mudgil ☺ You never know when you make these videos just who that particular one will resonate with that day. This is a time right now when people are a little low, the end of October, the seemingly endless continuation of covid and inability to go to previous indoor venues that made us happy. To have some of our feelings recognized by you and validated, even in these brief videos is so uplifting. You are so real and compassionate. Thank you so very much for everything you do. You are a gem ♥

@@DrMudgil usually by October we do have some snow and bitter cold highest amount of snow that we have up here 25 feet. The schools don't have snow days off it's usually when it's extremely icy if the buses don't run because of the ice they usually have delayed School.

Agree... But so many (and I fall into this a lot) don't have the mental energy to kick start what we know needs to be done. Sometimes "it" is just not there Doc.

I so agree documents. I frequently encourage people when they don't think they can or have enough energy etc to dedicate 10 minutes to any task that will move them forward. After 10 minutes you can stop if you choose. It is the Kickstart sometimes people need. Once started why quit. Just my thoughts.
