This healthy, vegan and no onion-no garlic, tomato chutney is the perfect condiment for idli, dosa, sandwiches and as a dip for chips. The combination of tomatoes, red chilies, tamarind pulp makes for classic fresh tomato chutney, and it is tempered perfectly with cumin and mustard seeds, curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida.
