2-3 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt(optional)
1/2 cup butter, cubed
2 tbsp cold milk
Cream filling:
740ml all purpose cream(chilled overnight)
300ml condensed milk, can add 1/2 cup if preferred(chilled overnight)
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp gelatin, clear & unflavored(soaked in 3 tbsp water)
1/4 cup hot water
Graham streusel:
1 cup graham, crushed
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, mild
Glaze:
3/4 cup reserved syrup from fruit cocktail(fruit juice)
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp light corn syrup
Filling & topping:
1 kg sweet mangoes(more or less)
