🔹Ingredients🔹
✔Sour cream (I use 15%) or thick yogurt - 100 g.
✔Warm water - 150 ml.
✔ Yeast - 7 g dry or 20 g fresh.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Sugar - 1 tsp.
✔ Dried herbs - 1 tbsp. l. (optional). I have a mixture of Provençal herbs.
✔Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
✔Wheat flour - 300-330 g.
✔For lubrication:
✔Butter - 40-50 g.
✔More love and good mood (required).
🕒 Bake the flatbreads in a dry frying pan, over low heat, on 2 sides until golden brown. Turn back and forth several times during baking.
❗Notes ❗
✅Depending on the quality of flour, it may take a little more or a little less. The dough should be very soft. If the dough is difficult to knead and sticks to your hands, grease your hands and work surface with a small amount of vegetable oil.
✅You can add greens and any spices to your taste to the dough for such flatbreads.
✅The size of the flatbreads can be made in different sizes, I make small ones.
✅To keep the flatbreads very soft, as soon as I remove them from the frying pan, I immediately cover them (with a microwave hood), you can cover them with a bag, but so that there is a hole for the steam to escape.
✅You don’t have to grease them with butter, it’s optional.
