Hello Dr. Keenum. Current third-year medical student getting ready to apply ophthalmology. I'm a dedicated follower of your insightful content and greatly admire your expertise in ophthalmology. If not too much trouble, and you’d be so kind, I would be deeply grateful for a chance to connect with you for mentorship and guidance in the field. Thank you for your consideration!

Hi, Doctor. Have you been following the recent buzz around the iontophoresis dissociation contact lens cleaner? It achieves a 94.7% Protein Removal Rate, restores 94% Oxygen Transmissibility, and has a 99.999% Bacteria Killing Rate. We would like to invite you to review.

Your breakdown of Katy Perry's eye 'glitch' was interesting from a medical perspective, but only absent of any other data. There is other data, namely what Katy Perry herself said about the incident. Which you failed to even mention on the video which you disabled comments on.(if you disable comments, your video is not worth keeping up..that's a formula you and everyone else should follow. The majority of people reaching that video are there to learn of the story overall, not hear a breakdown of isolated medical possibilities. Given that you made no mention of the fact she said herself it was intentional makes everything else you said protentional useless information. It's fine to speculate, but at least speculate on all the data, no? Otherwise what use is your breakdown? The only(main) drive people would come to you for insight is to hear if potentially her claim of 'intentional stage act' is either likely true or not true. My speculation is that she said it was intentional at the guidance of her managers(for reasons of keeping up a general 'young/healthy image' or whatever. Her behavior in the video reveals signs that she had an unexpected eyelid droop, followed by a relatively quick response in 'fixing' the issue by performing what appeared as a practiced action(massaging a muscle area with finger). Then the droop again, which seemed to lead to her thinking of 'I'll just stand confidently and "own it" '. Followed by change of mind, in which she again massages the muscle to fix droop. Then finally moving past the moment by reaching for mic. But all of that could have been intentional actions.-->Her performing the trick with actions necessary to perform it type of thing. ...There, a single comment, more packed with info then your entire video with disabled comments. And I didn't even need to study medicine for 8 years.
