Came out so good, the chips gave it just the right crunch - white corn chips..any kind that is organic!

Nice. I remember in my restaurant day of work i seen Lotta line cooks pour a dap of water when cooking eggs many reasons why or butter mixed with extra virgin olive oil. Or we would use the cast iron griddle or cast pan too cook eggs. The main Chef was just incharge of us kitchen staff they never had to do shit but if we were short handed then they would be on the line with us and get there hands dirty. Many times I seen guys get canned cause if you can't Crack a egg with one shot or two eggs in one hand with one shot and cook it most of the time you would get a 2nd chance or you got canned / fired .it's been yrs I can crack two eggs in one hand with one shot but I don't have to anymore one is enough for me 😄

Wow, interesting. I still like two eggs….those were so good, I ate them all! They put the dab of water in the pan under the egg?

Or us on the line say it's a BLT or any sandwich right?. It's all how the customer wants it even the bread they want or what we have. So anyways. Same thing on the griddle extra virgin olive oil mixed with butter that gets the toast bread that golden look on both sides the inside is soft as you take a bite into the sandwich nah meen 😆 but gotta keep your eye on it if it's busy etc you have less time to just babysit it on the line as a team you want every plate out at a certain amount of time one mistake from another cook can be a setback once it's set out and set back that's when well the customer wants not strasified then we gotta fix it new plate or re cook etc so it's what they want. But then again Lotta line cooks cut corners I had to do it as well I did want to it was the boss they wanted us to cut corners I felt it was not right but I was getting a pay check so I just had to stfu right??...

Wow, the good business is so tough, but people gotta eat and people like to cook, but I think running a restaurant would be very stressful and exhausting for not a lot of pay, it’s all about the CHEF! I hope they never take the human chef out of the restaurant for some AI Fake Chef because there is something so special about someone who has that special touch in the kitchen. If the Chef sucks, the restaurant goes down hill.

@@teamrose That and there is competition but the main thing is cooking fresh etc lotta places now its all pre made pre cooked or frozen foods gotta do research on who cooks with fresh meats and veggies even seafood etc those places are still around but there is blower ovens that speed up the cooking time if you see a microwave as you walk in a restaurant and you see the kitchen in view with the staff there is a good chance they are freezeing foods or they use etc from the night before or all or there soup of the day is all from a huge can or there fryer i bet they dont drain it and clean it once a week which should be done but many will lagg off that smh why cause they dont care nore does the owner
