Am I the only one who checked their playback speed settings to make sure I wasn’t trippin? Lol - either way, good video man. Thanks for the info!

I highly recommend using washers on inside and outside if you do this. A better alternative is to buy non-vesa adapters. They are brackets that attach to the Vesa mount and grab screen from top and bottom. But if you want to risk cracking/breaking back plastic and possibly breaking the monitor use washers and even maybe a bar running across each row / column just to help with twist and pull on the plastic.

@@xplusyi8274 sure did mate. I had also a HP Pavilion 24xw that I could not just get the panel off impossible, I I carefully drilled some larger holes to sink the screw head into and then made some smaller holes with a gap leading to it from the bigger ones and slipped the bolts in that way, worked great.

Is the plastic housing able to support it? Are you able to adjust the stand rigorously?

Yes. It has been over a year, it has been mounted always and it is doing pretty well.

How did you fix the plate to the back of the plastic housing?
@xplusyi8274

Once you have the holes you can just attach the plate using screws and bolts.

but I think the plastic housing is too weak to carry the whole monitor with just 1 small plate brother? it might cause a crack or worse, it might break the plastic back of your monitor? is it still good right now?

This is a slim bezel monitor as you can see. It's been a year and it is still working fine no issues.

@@phillipslattery3260 sure if you like it. Just so you know, I have been using it on an arm mount in my sit stand desk, adjusting height all time (sit - stand), it works just fine.

I was using a table mount like this: MOUNTUP Single Monitor Desk Mount - Adjustable Gas Spring Monitor Arm, VESA Mount with C Clamp, Grommet Mounting Base, Computer Monitor Stand for Screen up to 32 inch, MU0004 www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z7ZGHD5/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_2XG1RPF45EJDPSS6TQXF , the bracket came with it.
