✖️No Maida/All purpose flour

Yes! Guilt free donuts! 🤩 As they don’t use yeast, no need to wait for proofing time!! I made Chocolate glazed🍩 & Cinnamon Coconut Sugar donuts🥯
Ingredients: (Makes 5 donuts)
* 1 cup Whole wheat flour
* ½ tsp Baking powder
* ½ tsp Baking Soda
* ¼ cup Coconut sugar/any powdered sugar
* pinch of Salt
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract
* 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
* 2 tablespoon Curd
* 2-3 tablespoon Milk
* Oil/Butter to brush on donuts before baking
🍩Chocolate glaze🍩
* 3 tbsp dark Chocolate chips
* 2 tbsp Milk /as needed
* Maple syrup/Sugar as needed(Optional) - I did not add
🥯Cinnamon Sugar sprinkles 🥯
* 3 tbsp Coconut Sugar
* 1/2 tsp To 3/4 tsp Cinnamon powder(to taste) - add more if you like Cinnamon taste.
* 2 tbsp Milk
Baking time:
Convection oven:
Bake @355F / 180C for 12 mins in a pre heated oven.
Kadai baking time:
* Preheat kadai with salt in high for 10 mins.
* Place the donuts in a baking pan & place them on a stand
* Bake them in medium for 12 mins.
Notes📝
+ Combine the ingredients to a soft dough to make the donuts. Do not make it too hard or sticky
+ Add more sugar to the donuts if you like them super sweet.
+ Do not bake for more time, which leads to hard donuts.
+ Do not over mix or keep the dough for long as the donuts may not raise in that case.
