This Node.js tutorial is so damn good it's like reading an Amazing book that you can't put down. I was hanging onto your every word waiting to see what would happen next. I think it's great how your video on the basics of node.js were not literally the basics but some more advanced concepts such as file handling and io streams. Rather than the basics, some things we should be aware of.

Thank you for even explaining the command line and other non-node.js things. I already know most of them, but there are other things that I don't know and am glad that true beginners can look at this and understand what is going on. I don't mind being reminded of things, but that might be because I'm watching it at 1.5x speed. The intro to servers in your first video was great and the diagrams are clear and concise! Also, thank you for keeping your tutorials up-to-date and saving the web from excessive content that can become useless as we move forward.

Fantastic course so far. I love how you always build from the ground up, taking nothing for granted. When I console.log an object, it is printed in one line like this: { people: [ 'Bob', 'Bill', 'Anna' ], ages: [ 40, 33, 42 ] } How do I get it to pretty-print the object, with newlines? I'm using vscode with powershell.

Very well done video, especially the stream one. Basically, for writing streams, I assume the same logic holds as when you're reading from a stream (correct me on this) : you don't want to wait for the entire file to be written before you can start doing anything else, so you create a steady stream which starts writing chunks at a time, freeing you from the wait which such a long task could end up taking you? Thanks again man!
