You need Jesus you will never feel fulfilled. You will make that million and say to yourself what changed and you will realize nothing in fact you will look at life and try to find meaning or purpose but your spirit cannot be fulfilled by materialistic things but by spiritual things. So when you get to that point remember what I said Jesus is the only who can fill the missing link and give you hope and meaning to this life.

I second that. Very impressive and wise beyond your years. When I was a teenager 50 years ago, no one talked about masturbation or ever admitted doing it. It blows me away to see the younger generations talk out in the open about it and that's a good thing.

@@Dodgerzdennots so much as a 'good' thing where there's countless videos like these who just want to gather attention for views (it doesn't matter if they believe it to be deemed as right or not) telling ppl to 'stop' as its ruining your life based on that thing that is supposedly detrimental against and basing their own arguments as an objective fact that everyone would supposedly share... its a completely baseless argument because of that notion right there, the guy in the video talks about how he doesn't like those 'corny' nofap videos yet literally delves into that idea that those videos have when you're in a 'nofap' zone then your sexual experience will be automatically or progressively better with women (or men) as well as meeting your friends (which alludes to not succumbing into that urge when you're alone), going outside and going to the gym...

Same, I’ve gotten much knowledge about porn and its harmful effects prior to my teenage years. So entering my teenage (and still am) years I thankfully never developed an addiction to porn or fapping. And I agree, this should be shown to more men (especially those in teen years since hormones are at peak) because porn and fapping is because more socially acceptable. It’s disgusting, and those who defend it saying “oh it’s not bad as long as you use it moderately and know it’s not the real world” or “you don’t want testicular cancer so it’s fine” are foolish and delusional.

Gets easier over time, let yourself go 7 days you’ll start talking to people and excelling, then when you relapse watch yourself push the people away, watch yourself feel like your on pins and needles you’ll think more and more what’s the point?

@@IntegraDIYalso the lack of in person interactions too… when you can have literally anything delivered to your door and see anything you want from a handheld device you can take anywhere, it makes for such a huge issue, considering at one point people had to actually GO OUT to socialize or get things they wanted. I turned to God, deleted social medias, committed to hard work and my goals for the first time. And yes. i =m completely alone in my college dorm so its all u to me. The most powerful thing to remember always is that God is your best friend, He literally believes in you. He's waiting for you to realize the potential of the body and mind he gave you. Man, this video hits hard. My fateful journey began around the age of 11 or 12 (I'm 15, about to be 16 now), and it's been an awful ride since. There were spouts of time where I could go 1-2 weeks, and maybe even if I was really good, 3 without P but I always fell back in the same trap and I always felt terrible when I did. Last year, around January of 23' there was this girl I really began to like, and I got her number and I thought she was genuinely into me until I told her how I felt, and she shot me down. That broke me. That's when I got really heavy into the addiction, and I was unstoppable. Flash forward to just before new year, I asked her again if I'd ever have a shot with her and she said yes. At that moment, I vowed to quit porn and become a better person because I felt like I wasn't worthy of her, If I'm just a sad excuse of a dude with no mental control who's addicted to porn. Every day I remind myself of what my goal is, and I tell myself that I'd be throwing my chance with her away if I ever got back into it, and it seems to be working rather well, because there is nothing more in this entire world, I want more than her. It makes me sad to think about all the worthless time I've spent letting myself dig deeper into that pit, that ultimately means absolutely nothing, and I know I won't ever be able to regain that lost time, but I can try to make the effects of it less. I pray every day to keep my mind away from the thought of even picking up my phone to look at something slightly suggestive. I still have an impossibly long journey ahead to becoming the person I want to be, someone without any sort of mental ties to anything other than her, my friends and my family. I pray that anyone reading this, if they are still struggling with it, to set your wallpaper on your phone or viewing device to something that will stop you when you open that device. I set my wallpaper to a quote that reads: "Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret." It stopped me dead in my tracks a few times where I had the urge to fall back into the hole I dug. Thank you for this very inspirational video, and I hope that any man still suffering from the addiction finds it and takes every word you said to heart and makes a change! You have nothing to lose, only the world to gain. "Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret." -unknown

That's a good goal for now but you really have to develop other goals that you can fall back on should this fickle young lady change her mind. I'm saying you should know that if this one falls through, there are other young ladies you can pursue. To be good enough for them, the same determination you have now, will be required just as much.

Absolutely love this video. I love the message of straight up ignoring it instead of trying not to do it, and it's something I've said to myself my whole life. Focusing on something at all, even if it's you trying to stay away from it, you're still thinking about it. That will eventually lead to you giving up trying to keep it away because it never leaves your mind. You need to make it leave your mind, don't even talk about it, because bringing it up is you cementing it in your mind.

I completed NNN for the first time last year Dec 1st: 3 girls made passes at me, one was an 8!, one even said "Hi" to me... THat is INSANE! Women usually never make the first move and shoot their shot like that. Women can somehow tell... True story, I swear. This is life changing for me! I haven't fapped or watched pron this year. It's still hard, you get urges and this is where discipline come in. Tell your mind to say "NO" You are in control. My personal Tip: Everyday you wake up, you will "ALWAYS" be happy you didn't fap the previous day. I'll say it again: You will always be glad you didn't fap the previous day.

I'm happy for you bro, great progress. Here's some good advice for your mental stability, don't attach yourself to the streak, you are no longer a FAPer. if you jerk it, its okey as long as you don't pick up the habit again. A few times a year is okey, try your best to keep it as along as possible. Sex is still ok btw. My background: No FAP - 4 YEARS. Longest streak 6 months. I maybe jerk it 10 times a year. Just like alcohol I'm not a n alcoholic but I do drink a few times a year at parties or big events. I use to beat myself up for "relapsing" (mind you relapses where months apart) but after years I realized that, that wasn't a relapse. Just a mistake I made ONE day and learned what got me there and learned from it, that's all. I am a mature man that is in control of himself, that can still make mistakes to learn and get better.

I am 21. Last year I had that similar experience. I went with that girl and I couldn't get it up. It was the most awkward ,embarasing first s*xual encounter I've ever had... Later that month after that happened and she straight up ghosted me and didn't even say hi to me after that , I realized how much I got used to porn and not having real sexual encounters/relationships with real women . It was very dark realizing that after all of these years of consuming porn I was so used to the substitute of sex, and when the real and natural sex came in my life , I was so alienated to it . This year I promised myself to leave porn completely .

I don't think the porn is the real issue here. You were probably nervous and because of that you couldn't get hard. It happens all the time. It happened to me the 1st time I had sex, but I was with the girl I loved so we tried multiple times, it was a bit embarasing but she was supportive and it was an overall beautiful and comfortable experience. I think the main problem is the girl you picked to do it with.

If you haven’t been addicted you won’t understand how badly it messes with your brain chemistry. Nerves may have been a factor, but there are thousands of anecdotes of men experiencing the same thing. In fact the longer this video went on the more I learned that I can actually put a lot of my shortcomings in school and life as a teen down to an addiction like this. I focused less, I wasn't as locked in to my goals and always told myself, yeh I'll go gym today only to get home and give in to those desires and be filled with shame and guilt and lose all motivation to go gym, or even do my school work. Thank you for this video Chi, This might be the first and last NoFap video I ever watch but it is certainly not the last of your videos I'll ever watch.
