How do you even begin animating something like this
@Desadaptado
3 жыл бұрын
well you see, you have to download the original video, create a premiere project, match the resolution and frame rate, then divide the 21 cuts spread across the video, write down the duration in frames of every part, then take a still screenshot of every iteration of layered elements in their maximum frame exposure, conceptualize a script that maintains the basic structure of the video and replace every element with references, knowledge and mechanics of any thematic (this case noita) then recreate said layers drawing over then as a reference, match 2px brush of black outline and painstakingly reproduce every element on the same style and gesture as the original, then reference the color palette from Noita's Sprites, one to two tones, paint, and do as many frames the cut presents, create a document on adobe animate and match the actual size and duration of the cut with the same frames per second, spread pngs as layers, and create motion tweens and movie clips as deem necessary in order to reproduce the same animation, count the frames and make them match as you see in premiere, then test the animation, close the preview, open Swivel and export the video with the same size and quality with at leas 8 mb/secnd with no audio as mp4, import to premiere and edit and cut as you see convenient, do this around 20 more times. As an additional process you should search the internet for animated gifs with or without transparency, in order to match the tone and intention of the desired video, export them to flash, and use them accordingly, same as videos and any other static media. Additionally I created a rough 3D model of a character and painted it on the built in Paint 3D on windows 10, recorded it with a free video capture software, and applied croma key. Then you can start editing the whole thing tweaking duration, speed and the effects necessary that you cant already make on adobe animate, layer title cards and make them match with the original footage, animate the tweens, then search for the clean audio for the music track, which fortunately already existed, remove the audio track and remplace, then use an Fmod extraction tools, go to the game files (if you have noita installed) and extract every sound, save the ones you need, and import them to premiere, edit them and place them into the sequence, use as many channels as necessary. finally record yourself talking like the guy in the original video on adobe audition or similar, make a script to adapt to Noita's context and use the original audio to match your voice with the video, edit said audio, then hard limit the decibels and add a distortion filter, apply an echo filter and pitch shifter accordingly, save as mp3 and import to premiere, match the tracks. then you export the whole fucking thing with adobe encoder, verify the output values and quality, (I used the .h254 codec and low 10 Mb/secnd quality because whatever) push the green play button and done As a final note you should be organized with your files and projects, since the only thing really separating you from doing something like this is consistency and dedication, it's not that hard. I'm not really talented but dedicated, but then again I took the time to do it just because its fun, and it was even funnier to write down this autistic methodology that I came up with while watching the same grinch ultimatum video many times across several days while playing Noita. fuck being normal anyway. thanks for your question and have a good day. sorry for bad english

As someone who has invested a good amount of time in Noita I'll try to explain everything in this video to the best of my knowledge: - You can customize wands and magic spells in the game which is what that starting segment is supposed to represent - That shot of the outside with the shaking egg is the starting area, and you can find that egg on a perch if you go all the way to the left from there - I have no idea what the hell that wall of yellow text is so someone else can fill me in - In between floors there's this segment called the Holy Mountain where the player can recover health and edit their wands, and there's a worm crystal which is supposed to prevent worms from destroying the mountain. The player is trying to destroy it (have no idea about the potions though), and you can see that they take damage from their own buzzsaw which can happen - The aforementioned worm burrowing through the brickwork - If a worm burrows through too much of the Holy Mountain it can anger the gods, who will send down Steve the Skeleton there to kill the player. It doesn't offer you perks - Fire Immunity and Oil Blood are both perks that grant immunity to fire, it's just that oil blood is slightly better because you can spread it - The potion the Noita Cretin pours on themselves is a Pheromone Potion which, if I'm not mistaken, will make enemies not attack you
@BFipe

At the time people were wondering if there was any additional secrets linked to the worm crystal so they tried things like alchemy and stuff. Also for the pheromones, it’s just a joke about how people usually when they start with it or get it they instinctively use it to put out their fire but it can’t so they just keep burning.

@@Firesgone fully submerging does douse flames yes. But Pheromones actively make it harder to fire-proof yourself because of the stain sticking more, and since stains deplete faster at higher percentages, and all stains' percents add together to a max of 100%, Pheromones will stick more and make other stains run off faster. Dousing yourself in Pheromones is like welcoming the inferno.
