new Subcriber po here. I'm doing this 32 Minutes Dance Workout or Zumba almost everyday. I see to it na mag laan ng time sa hapon or sa gabi after work pahinga muna. I lost around 12 kilos just doing this since February this year lang po nag umpisa until now. 10 Kilos pa maachieve ko na ang ideal weight 🙏🏽🙏🏽..thanks po.
