No wonder Dr. Feldhahn is so frustrated. Her product is buggy whips and we're in the automotive age.

Dr. Feldhan is frustrated because she’s presenting herself as an expert outside her actual area of training, and the foundation of falsehood she’s built on that has started to crumble in a major way. I bet she’s not sleeping too well these days.

I'd be really interested to hear more about same-sex relationships, where there aren't the societal pressures around specific gender roles, to see to what extent some of the same imbalance patterns happen there. And also I've found it really interesting listening to the experiences of trans men (afab) who have started taking testosterone and can talk about how they changed before and after. I did feel your point about "if you can hear / learn this you can hear / learn that" may be an oversimplification, though perhaps it particularly rubs against my experience as a neurodivergent person of people not understanding that I find some things easier and some things harder - to understand, to do, etc. But yes. Non-toxic masculinity. Yes please!

From what I've seen same sex relationships they don't struggle nearly as much with gender role stereotypes, they share housework and there is no Orgasm Gap. We could learn a lot from them.

I would be curious to get your reactions to a book I read growing up, "Boyhood and Beyond" by Bob Schultz. I haven't read it in years, but as I recall, it offered a healthy view of masculinity to young boys, one marked by servant leadership, initiative, and emotional maturity, though it never directly addressed issues of sex due to the age of the target audience.

If they’re not ever catching yet it does seem like they’re trying, a neuropsych eval isn’t a bad idea for both in the relationship 😅😮💨 it can definitely help both especially if a few diagnoses pop up. There is a helpful you tube channel on that: kzitem.info/news/bejne/wol3uHp3rIBlrJw
