The quality is jerky and stutters. The stuttering seems to lag exactly every 5-7 seconds. Almost like on a timer. This seems to happen even when the video setting is downgraded from 1080 to 720. My bandwidth has already been tested by iFit support and shown to be excellent. This started happening after the last update. It happens no matter what video I try to stream or what time of day I try it.
Could this be a lag from iFits servers or maybe a "peak-usage" bandwidth issue? What type of video compression do they use? I work out in the mornings in PST time.
