Today I cook the indigenous dish of northeast India bitter bean salad, this is the most popular dish in northeast India. This dish in tripura language called wakre mosodeng and manipuri people call it yongchak shinju. This is really a healthy and tasty dish of northeast. After completing cooking I feeded our domestic cattles. Then I eat my lunch with bitter bean salad in traditional style with banana leaf.

1. Bitter Beans.
2. Potatoes.
3. Onions.
4. Green Chillies.
5. Fermented Fish.
6. Salt.
