Thank you for the tour and for the Live show update. Its nice to see the cabin as someone will actually use it. We did 4 ladies in a cabin on the Carnival Freedom with the upper bunk and lower bed. It was tough and the younger girls were always going back for a nap so the beds stayed out the whole time. I can't imagine doing 4 adults with this configuration as it does look a little tight. Otherwise the room, balcony and bathroom look great.

I love the size of the bathroom!! Closets are too tiny, but something has to give, right? I hear you with the sacrifices of cruising with kids who don’t share beds; been there and done that! Good job Sharon (& Jamie!)

Thanks, Sharon. The room looks modern and bright. It's unfortunate about the closets I've always said women should be the ones designing them. Looking forward to the rest of the vlog!

That bathroom is pretty nice! It's like the XL Class on Carnival but wider! And the chairs on the balcony look heavenly. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Sharon for sharing these first live looks of this ship. Also thanks for being such a positive advocate for the cruising community. I've followed your channel for a while now and I appreciate the honest reviews. Hope to sail with you one day soon.

Great cabin tour, I watch and enjoy all your videos! Norwegian cruise cabins are just too small and cramped for us, not enough closet and storage space compared to other cruise lines we go on. We always get two cabins, one for us and one for our sons…it would not be an enjoyable vacation with all of us crammed in one cabin for a week. I know depending on age and sex of your kids, you have to do what works for your family. Always appreciate your honest review on cruising! ⚓️

Great ship tour Sharon. It seems like the rooms are getting smaller on the new cruise ships. I know it was on the Mardi Gras and probably will be for the Celebration. But you make it work for your group. See you next month!

Hey Sharon great job with the video tour, definitely looks uncomfortable for a family of four, maybe if the children were preteen smaller it would work a little better but all in all it just looks a little too cramped with the sofa bed called out and the lack of a table and the counter space but I did like the larger shower in the bathroom, thanks again

Hi Sharon , my husband n I are staying in the same room in end of November… how was the noise level with the surf side cafe above this room? Tks for such great videos!

Hi Hope..we did have some noise from above while the buffet was open..it happens to be directly below a small un-carpeted area!! (who knew) It wasn't too bad, but could affect a quiet morning cup of coffee on the balcony.

Thanks Sharon. I'm considering this cabin for a 5 night solo cruise. I was going to choose the solo cabins but I want space, balcony. Question, this cabin is closer to the AFT elevators? I'm asking because I have a hip issue and noticed that all the restaurants are at the AFT so I want to limit my walking by positioning myself as close as possible to the AFT elevator. Although I plan to get a spa pass so I will have to walk to the front.

Yes, it was very close to the aft elevators. It should work well for you.

How is the comfort of the sofa bed? We have 4 adults in the same cabin type this February and a little nervous about that.
@SharonatSeaTravel

It isn't optimal for comfort, but we made do. A mattress pad or topper could make a nice addition.

Sharon, what's the size difference between this and a standard BA balcony? Is the bath the same size as that of a standard balcony?

What I want to know is, is the room cold? I feel like a lot of cruise ship rooms are hot in the middle of the night which is so annoying!

Yes it was cool all the time. No issues with being too hot or too cold.

What a bummer - looks horribly uncomfortable for 4 people, especially with 2 teens. Three people, tops, maybe a couple and a couple toddlers, although we would never cruise with more than two in a cabin. :)

We stopped sharing rooms with our kids years ago. Pay a little more for an extra room which gives everyone privacy, extra storage, not to mention the extra bathroom. Your kids seem plenty old enough to be in their own room 🤷🏻♀️

Well, it's called a Family Balcony Cabin, it's meant to sleep 4 people, and we are a family of 4, so I'm not sure what your issue is with our family in the cabin.

Balcony chairs and USB outlets are the only physical improvement I see. No Lee’s for lager sink, more counter space. Exposed closet(no door) a big no thank you. Decor is beautiful

Hey Sharon, nice job on the Cabin review. I have a SOLO CABIN on the NCL Prima in February 2024. I have been in a Solo Cabin before and it worked really well. I grabbed the SOLO CABIN, because I got a good price! I also did the matching $150.00 where NCL "matches" you with $150.00 dollars. 😎⛹️♀️🚴♂️🤸♂️
