#2 top intro you've done! Love it. But hard to beat the build a beer intro.

I have made 1 Ramos in my lifetime at my own job. Did it the OG way and turned out great. Thanks for sharing the alterities.

Of course! I guess i should have mentioned times for each of these methods. All 3 methods in the video are significantly faster to produce than the original 10-12 minute dry/wet shake method (which works!). Thanks for the comment now I’m gonna lose sleep for not including times lmao

The first time I made a ramos I nailed it, figured it wasn't that big a deal, and forever more was punished for my hubris. Looking forward to trying these techniques so that I can feel that high again on a more consistent basis!

I've liked the isi version in the past, but I have to try the immersion blender technique. Great video!

The Ramos I made in an iSi whipper was decent, but not a Ramos. It's definitely more of a dessert. I think I had to eat mine with a spoon like a very airy mousse. Great video though! I can't wait to try the immersion blender version.

Yea exactly our finding! We have a suspicion that making a 2-3 batch per charge may be a way to “spread” the gas throughout more liquid and make for a denser end result but we’ll have to test more

I would love to figure out a way to streamline the process so its applicable in a high volume bar. Have any ideas or pointers on where to cut time for it?

I should’ve posted times for each method 🫠 The immersion blender method is really fast-build, 20 sec blend, add ice / cream then 20 second blend, pour, settle, and boom. Really the only part that you can’t speed up is the waiting for the head to settle for AT LEAST 30 seconds. We found that it’s pretty crucial to getting a nice lift.

@@VeryGoodDrinks Oh that’s great! This video was so helpful. I honestly found this style of drink daunting but this relieved a lot of the stress! So thanks guys. Most underrated bar channel on KZitem

Great video man! Just had some quick thoughts. Your info is solid, and you obviously know a lot about making drinks. I like the green screen background shots, but I think they would be nicer interspersed with you sitting and talking at the kitchen table. You obviously have a great space, with dope lighting based on your other shots. Get a gimble or tripod. Some of those cocktail action shots got a little wobbly, and I think it detracted from what you were saying. Your title and thumbnail aren't as enticing as they could be. Try something a little more eye catching like "Making bartenders' most hated drink" Again, the information is so solid, make sure you're doing everything else to support the quality of your content.
