I had weight loss surgery four years ago and what no one told me was that I NEEDED some carbs (those that are basically fiber-rich). I spent months eating only protein in tiny amounts because I couldn't eat much at all and still can't. Thankfully, I lost 128 lbs, but still, I struggle with food (eating and keeping it down even though I eat very little). One thing people need to keep in mind is that not all carbs are created equal. Some carbs, those that are rich in fiber are essential. I wound up in the hospital because I ate ZERO carbs, hence no fiber.

I've been doing a carnivore diet, zero carbs nothing but meat and eggs for over 2 years and had no issues at all, bloods and cholesterol came back perfect and I feel great without carbs, more energy and no brain fog. Not all people are built equal either.

The ending when you talked about increasing your carbs is what absolutely did it for me!!! I use to have between 20-30g carbs and when I started incorporating small potatoes as my side in my meal prep for the week i ending up losing a few pounds the following couple weeks! I was too strict so I agree switching things up definitely tricks your body and it has to start figuring out what has changed and then reroute itself😂

BE VERY CAREFUL about extended fasting! I stopped at a rest area last year and there was a young woman being picked up by an ambulance and the friend said she had been fasting for 3 days and passed out. The scary part was she was DRIVING! Lucky for them both she pulled into the rest area before she passed out.

Great story. It's so sweet when you start losing that unwanted weight. I lost 42 pounds in less than 3 months and have kept it off since then. Key thing to note is that I exercised daily for months, but my issue was the struggle with my calorie intake. It was just impossible for me to eat less. It felt like I wasn't in control of my actions. Adding Phenq pills to my journey just made things easier. Eating less became possible and I also had enough energy to exercise. I talked about this extensively on my channel, though

I need to exercise as well. The last two nights I have woken up with an uneasy feeling in my gut and then I know I did not eat right. I have also learned the I cannot eat after six at night because then I also suffer. Coffee with milk also don't do it for me anymore. From today on I'm eating my one meal at 3 in the afternoon. Hey! You know we've talked to folks who said they had a sensitivity to stevia and it turned out that they were using a product that mixed stevia with sugar alcohols. In our experience, sugar alcohols cause some not so nice tummy issues, so that might be the true culprit. Of course, anyone can have a sensitivity to anything, but we thought we'd throw that out there. As for monk fruit, ours is natural without any artificial stuff! If you want to give it a try, we offer a refund if it doesn't agree with you 💕
