Ingredients BAKPAO

In the video this time I made sweet dumplings, but it's different from sweet bakpao in general, now this chocolate filling is outside, how about that, a few days ago someone DM me on this Instagram request, I immediately practice and it's delicious hehe chocolate a lot of it continues to melt.
This is one of the newest selling ideas this year, maybe not many have even sold it, the cup size is 200 ml, the ideal dough size is 45g to 50g for a 200 ml cup.
And for the chocolate sauce, you can change the taste you want, or use glaze, you can also use instant chocolate filling, just buy it at TBK if you don't want to be bothered, or you can also make homemade glaze maybe even more economical :)
RECIPE AND CAPITAL INGREDIENTS USED
Ingredients for Bakpao:
- 250 g Low Protein Flour = Rp. 2,750
- 3 tbsp Sugar = Rp. 390
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder = Rp. 250
- 5 g Instant Yeast = Rp. 1,750
- 140 ml Warm Water
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil = Rp 280
- 2 tbsp White Butter = Rp 700
- 1/4 Fine Salt
Melted Chocolate Sauce:
- 10 g Cocoa Powder = Rp 3,500
- 1 tablespoon Corn Starch Brand Maizena = Rp 200
- 200 ml Full Cream Liquid Milk = Rp 3200
- 100 g Chocolate Bar = Rp. 5,300 (buy a kilo of cheaper collata brand)
- 20 g Margarine = Rp. 800
If using Unsalted butter please add the chocolate sauce with a pinch of salt
