Hey Kris hope all is well, I'm happy to hear you're enjoying them. It's tough soloing and filming so I'm glad they seem to be getting better. I'm doing good and should be able to enjoy the summer. Hope your doing well buddy!

Algonquin allows the cutting of live trees? I'm very happy to see another video. Your stamina humbles me.

Nope no cutting live trees, that was one taken down by the Rangers back in the bush. Thanks for watching.

Great Vid Steve! It was a highlight of my trip running in to you on the portage and hearing your inspiring story. You're such a positive young man and I wish you all the best in Health and Happiness and I am so glad you got to enjoy the firewood I left behind on Bonnechere. 🤠👍 I hope you get to Temagami in the Fall! 🍻

Yes sir I found the firewood and the fishing was good right out front of the site. Only used that wood for cooking, That site was super hot for having campfires. It was nice running into you and congrats on your first solo, as for young man I appreciate that, although not old still at 51 my body was pretty sore. Cheers and wishing you all the best.

That's Great! Beautiful area, I just returned from Temagami and did the north and south channels of the Lady Evelyn River system, 6 waterfalls and many greulling portages.

Turned out to be a good trip even though you had to switch things up. As you mentioned, spring and fall are the times to beat the crowds.

Much enjoyed! thank you for your efforts. A few equipment questions, if I may, is your canoe the swift wildfire? What do you think of it? Tippy? And what length is the double blade paddle? Now on to your temogami video...

Hi and thanks for watching, the white canoe I use is a swift Osprey 2002 model, bought 4 years ago. It is a little tippy, but when loaded down not so bad, it does take some getting used to. It tracks very well and is fast!! The double blade is 102" from tip to tip. Thanks for the questions and enjoy the Temagami video, I think Down the Tim is my favourite...so far
