Most barefoot shoes are good lifting shoes. This is because a wide toebox, zero drop, and a thin, flexible sole are all helpful for the optimal fucntion of the foot during exercise. But most of these shoes are built to be casual shoes, and just so happen to work well for lifting weights. What happens when a company builds a shoe with lifting in mind, but uses barefoot features to get there? You end up with something like the Radix. Likely the thinnest shoe we have reviewed, is this thing viable outside the weight room? Or should you leave it in your gym bag? Thats what I look to figure out in this review.
