Dates are too sugary! Nafashe dates for a month naratumbye nenda gupfa yes, is natural sugar but boy boy boy is too sweet biteye ubwoba! Ahubwo lemon tea yafuma da. Naho ubundi Quioa, flaxseed, lentils, chia seeds, turmeric Brocolli,watercress baby spinach, celery juice, organic apple cider these will help to reduce weight plus drink alot of water and eat at least before 6pm at least! Or and don’t forget cloves tea
