●Recommendation:
-At least 4k HP
-Bring at least 2-3 Heavy Strikers*, with one of them having short CD (4 turns or less), and unless your Light ele Strikers has high HP, i don't recommend bringing them.
FYI, reflected dmg and turn-by-turn dmg don't trigger Rin's blood-sucking effect.
-Support is a HUGE help in this stage, so bring them.
-For team formation: Put your short CD Striker in the middle.
-Tankers* is kinda useless in this stage so i don't recommend bringing them. (Morvay probably can taunt the Silence strikes but he can't do anything against the AoE attacks).
-If your HP is too low, bring 2 Healers.
Be careful when bringing SSR Olivine since he's Light ele he'll get hit hard by the Dark boss.
(*Tip for using SSR Oli in this stage:
Bring a Support, continously use Support first then Oli while guarding the rest until you can use Oli's skill, he should be able to stay alive. Oli's heal rely on the stacked buffs so we have to stack it constantly or it will get lower)
●Mobs' mechanics:
Rin uses AoE basic attacks.
Rin has permanent "-33% dmg taken" buff.
Every time Rin attacks, he'll cast -5% ATK on us (lasts 1 turn and can stack).
For every attack Rin received, he get 1 stack of "Blood-sucking effect +25%" (depends on dmg dealt by our ally).
When Rin exhausted himself (hint is "Ugh..." text), he get "+100% more dmg taken from skill" debuff. Our party also get poisoned (4 turns) from that so be careful.

●Mobs' attack patterns:
At the beginning, Rin uses AoE skill (take away ~75% of your HP) and casts -5% ATK debuff on our party.
Rin uses strike skill with Silence status on every team position except for the middle. He does it after turn 4, then it becomes every 3 turns.
Rin uses AoE skill after turn 5, after that it becomes after every 4 turns. Just remember it's turn 5, 9, 13.
Right after using the AoE skill, Rin will become exhausted and get debuffed.
●Strategy:
1.Guard and heal from the beginning. Keep guard and heal then switch to guarding everyone before Rin uses AoE skill.
2. Use your short CD Striker when Rin is debuffed. Silence status should go away next turn, so you can speed thing up by using your other Strikers' skills.
Repeat step 1-2 until you win.
Be careful with the blood-sucking effect, attack Rin too much and he'll recover full HP.
Pay attention to your party's HP, especially when they got poisoned.
You also can speed thing up a lot faster by using double Quincy + short cd Striker, after Rin get exhausted, you get 1 free turn to use Quincy 1's skill, then use Quincy 2's skill next turn. Rin was down like 99% for me and i was able to defeat him with a basic attack.
