Good afternoon...If Nurses do call duties they still won't pay well And the number of nights done in a month is far more than the call done by other professional Other professions run shift too I just feel the auxiliary nurses are much and then they don't see any reason to pay qualified nurses what they deserve

I also support this opinion. The fact that there are more quacks makes it more annoying. They don't feel the need to pay,cos there are people who would receive their ridiculous pay with gladness since those ones don't know the value of the education we nurse's go through. The fight should be first against Quackery and the administrative setting. Infact Nigeria needs help. I rest my case

This is a good reason I think, after all the auxillary nurses do the work for peanuts .

@gudnes adesola and the funniest thing is that the doctors train the quacks and yet call them auxillary nurses ,, why not auxillary doctors

5:00... Me too, I don't understand o. Haba! I'm still a student but, damn! People should be paid based on the value they provide to patients! Don't you think? Abi we should not rest again?

I really love this video Keep it up ma I'm also a Student Nurse but I just started But can I have an idea of the salary for nurses in Nigeria??
@NursingwithLight
Жыл бұрын
Hello ma’am, it actually varies depending on the level of government, private institution policies areas of specialization and some other things. But from what I’ve heard starting salaries are usually within 65-120k. (The afore mentioned reasons will determine where your salary falls)

Honestly what I've learnt is that you can't understand Nursing unless you experience it yourself. I was like that before I started to study Nursing too

Hello Favour, I am sorry I really cannot answer your question completely. I do not have so much information regarding medical laboratory science as I do not work in that field. However, I can confidently say that nursing is a lucrative course both home and abroad. It is very important that you have enough information at your disposal regarding various areas of specialization and relocation pathways. I will advise you refer to a medical laboratory scientist for more information in that field
