Astounding. A very articulate and clear call to the medical profession to stop curing symptoms and address root causes of illness and diseases.

Your material gave me the permission to completely change what I consume and stopped all the internal problems, pain when I ate rice or grains, pain and ridiculous out of control cortisol and panic when I ate any form of carb. Now I know my body makes its own from meat, I am more even and the pain is almost gone, although all the false information resulted me being in hospital a few times and the hospitals were not listening to me that I cannot have carbs, so I got worse in hospital first, but then I found your material and it confirmed what I had been saying for a long time. Such a horrible abusive system that teaches nonsense about health. Thank Goodness for you and for your courage to share what you have learnt and helped people with in health. Footscray hospital continually pushed apple juice on me when I had fatty liver (they kept asking if I drink alcohol, but it was from fruit fermenting inside somehow, I could taste it, horrible), severe acute pancreatitis and gall bladder issues, and then when I got sick they medicated, which I said no to and they did anyway, for five days, and it caused my blood pressure and blood sugar to drop, they had to put a fourth 8 hour drip... Then they pushed me to have apple juice again! Thy measured blood glucose I think two times every day. If thy just listened... And then call me aggressive on the records for saying no for five days and finally I got out without them chopping out my organs. They then said that I am not healthy enough to take pain killers and stopped everything. I was so sick when I left the hospital, I took another wk., my body purged all the toxins visibly on my tongue and I changed to pure carnivore a week later, after vomiting on fresh veg and cheese that had non animal rennet. Fruit was far too sweet, it made me feel terribly sick. All the food went into the bin and I started a totally new way. If I hadn't, I would have ended up with their statistic of recurrence, which was 40% likely another (fourth in a year and a half total) emergency hospital visit. They stick Up for each other, so nothing is done about it at all. even when I put a complaint to the commissioner and the Victorian Ombudsman , they sent it back to the hospital and no on dealt with it at all. No one is reprimanded for causing such harm to us. I will never go to hospital again, and I need a real doctor like you, in Melbourne or Victoria. Things cannot go on like this. I have rehabilitated my organs with this, no plants for me. I try a thing here or there, but my body just does not want any of it. It is all beef, lamb, eggs, a tiny bit of fish, iodised salt, not all the time, and cream and milk with zero additives. It takes a bit of getting used to having to add cream to give my self the energy and finding the right pure items, I am not used to it and I am still addressing the problems caused by the standard diet on my memory and such like, but I do not need to eat all the time, no ups and downs... You know all of that. I will never us medicare again, they pay for this depraved abuse. I am on disability and I don't care, I will never us medicare again. Not worth the torture of saying no and the staff do whatever they want!

Absolutely brilliant. Been teaching this for years but you have explained it so well. Thank you.

I'm totally on board with what Gary is saying. I'd just like to correct/clarify the notion that we "got to the top of the food chain" by eating a very specific way. This is true in the sense we got there by processing our food. For 2.5 - 3 million years, that food processing was done a "very specific way." (it included butchering, cooking animals and processing plants by pounding and/or cooking to enhance to nutrition) When agriculture came along, we got smarter with selective breeding of both plants and animals. We started eating things, like grains, that previously had only really been a famine food and turned them into a staple. But agriculture and civilization allowed us to continue enhancing nutrition through the harnessing of fermentation, which works very well for dairy, soy and sugar products in particular. Drying, corning or smoking our food is probably another good preservation technique. Fast forward to the 19th century and the industrial revolution. That's where the problem really starts. We got just a little too good at processing plant foods by stripping the grains almost completely and making "vegetable oils" out of seeds. Simply put, we processed our food so much, and in undesirable ways, so that nutrition was reduced rather than enhanced. By the 20th century, we tried to fortify our over-processed food. We know this doesn't work. Any fortified food is typically harmful to us. (We have to get smarter about acknowledging that as well). So, let's get back to processing our food the way we used to before the 19th century anyway.

And worst of all, the government recommended we eat more of these vegetable oils and processed foods based on now-discredited studies claiming that saturated animal fats were bad for us.

To "enhance the nutrition" AND to eliminate some of the poisons found in plants.

Yup. Interesting note: Olive oil is touted for containing oleic acid as one of its superpowers. There is oleic acid in bacon. And approximately one third of fat in bacon is unsaturated.

Why on earth would glucose be turned into deadly fructose? Those people already eat far more fruit than the average.

wow, a connection between fructose and uric acid... i've been baffled by experiences I've had after having all fruit smoothies twice a day over a week or two...

Yep. Doc said cut down on proteins and purines for gout. Didn't work. Tried to order prescriptions. I did the research, cut out the carbs, and i'm now "flare-free" for over 8 years.
