(Plain dough)
100g unsalted butter, softened
45g sugar
A pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
* 80g cake flour
* 20g almond poodle
55g Chocolate chips
35 g almond slices
10g chocolate chip (for decoration)
(Cocoa dough)
100g unsalted butter, softened
45g sugar

1 egg yolk
*65g cake flour
*15g Cocoa powder
*20g almond poodle
55g chocolate chips
35 g walnut
10g chocolate chip (for decoration)
☆How to make chocolate chip cookies
1. Combine the butter, sugar and salt in a bowl and blend with a spatula.
2. Transfer to a whipper and mix well until the butter is white and fluffy.
3. Add the egg yolks and mix well.
4. Sift in the flour and mix with a spatula.
5. Add the chocolate chips and nuts and mix further.
6. Drop the dough onto the baking sheet.
It's easier to work with two spoons.
(It's about 32g per sheet.)
7. press the dough with the back of a spoon to flatten it slightly.
When baked, it will spread large.
8. Sprinkle the chocolate chips for topping on top.
9. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.
After baking for about 12 minutes, you can prevent uneven baking by changing the direction of the baking sheet.
10. When baked, place on a cake cooler and let cool completely.
