I am having such a hard time finishing my hair cut in 50 mins. It takes me about 10 mins to section out and get my parameter out, then i start cutting my parameter and then go into my horizontal sections. I am always 10- 15 mins off. Is there anyway to fix this? Any tips? I wish NYS gave 10 mins to section and cut parameter, then gave 50 mins for hair cut.

Practice sectioning over & over till you can get it down to 5 minutes. Sectioning dry hair can be messy and difficult to work with, so I suggest dampening the hair first. You need to add the right amount of moisture in the hair. Enough to be able to glide through the hair, and not have water dripping everywhere. The amount of water to spray in the hair is dependent on the porosity of the hair you're working on.
