This is probably one of my fav apartments on this channel. Its ingenious interior decor makes the space feel more spacious than 3k sq ft. And the overall vibe is just really cool. Other apartments are nice, with some crazy features (like those 20ft ceilings, etc.), but they lack personality. This one feels very personal, and it makes you feel the owner put efforts into it. 10/10

That is one hell of an apartment! And it easily beats many other NYC apartments that are listed for much more money. This looks very cozy and not to modernist, cold and sparse like many of the more expensive ones. Love this so much.

I love this place! It's so NYC, so true to industrial loft design, and unique. They could've splashed marble everywhere and painted it all white for a generic, boring glam-luxury look that sells. But this place has a soul.

Really dig this one for the exact reasons you guys mentioned, it doesn't feel like a museum. As a designer it's really appealing to me as well. I'm conflicted over the dining area though. I like that it feels like a conference table to lay out ideas and brainstorm but I also want it to feel like a dining area, not a work area. Other than that, great tour and what a lovely apartment!

I'm officially in love with this loft apartment. The ultimate was that black corner office. What a statement! The master bedroom suite was a killer, the closet and en suite bath with the teak soaking tub (I love teak so I really took notice). This was a loft where you could comfortably live and entertain. And kudos to the city-quiet windows, especially at this price point. Just shows you don't have to spent 8 figures for a spectacular apartment in NYC,

@@BestArtist Looked it up on the Ligne Roset website and the three pieces pictured would cost a total of about $12,000.00 if each piece were base price; these pieces are probably not base price(lol!) and might easily go for $15,000.00.
