Hi Manaswani, I am Unzela and honestly the beginning of this year bought alot of pain for me, I was living in a hostel preparing for Medical Entrance Exam(NEET), away from my family, and around January my Roomate(who also became my bestfriend) left for home... So from there on it was a very lonely journey... But there is light in the end of the tunnel and the biggest achievement this year is that I came so much closer to God.. Started praying everyday, learned to do my share of hard work and leave the rest to the Almighty. Also Cleared the NEET entrance exam..🎉 This year I also made a friendship that I feel will last me a lifetime (touch wood) Now these days I am just taking a much needed break focusing on myself, meditating, reading.. And really looking forward to the future... Would absolutely love to get a painting from you.. and Box 2 looks so good🤭 PS- I love your channel following you since a long time... Much love to you❤

heyy, these are some of my achievements, not just achievements per say but just the things I've been proud about myself lately. • I am going to the gym regularly and avoiding junk or sugary food as much as i can, from last 2 months i had deserts just around my periods and not otherwise which really feels so good to me considering im crazy about sweet things. • secondly, i think im proud that im growing and putting effort in becoming a good dancer, im just learning as of now but im glad i didn't stopped despite the external pressures. • thirdly, I decided that i wouldn't do impulsive shopping in june or for the matter would not do any shopping in june and i didn't and im so so proud of it. i easily get influenced by viral products or sales happening here and there, but I'm glad I managed not to this month. really love Box 1 ❤️

Box 3 This year till now has been all about "maybe I can " a complete roller coaster ride I lost 7kgs finally on right direction of fitness The biggest change was to accept no matter how good I'm to someone I can still be the most insignificant easy to blame person to them and that's not on me I shouldn't let myself down coz someone else want to do that to me I'm strong to fight not to suffer If I don't feel happy around you I don't have to be around you Theses mental breakthrough was a big big thing this year Also I started back with sketching and learning French so yeah I'm doing a lot and I'm happy about that ☺️

my achievements this year are- 1.I overcame my fear of giving presentation in front of the class. 2. I have stopped extreme dieting to fit the beauty standards and now i am happy with my current body and i am feeling extremely healthy now both mentally and physically. 3. I have finally learned how to make a 'gol' roti 😂😂 4. I have started my skincare after watching your vedio and shockingly for the first time i have been consistent with it 😮😮 5. My recent wins are (I am a student so,) 🏆🏅 1. Initially I used to be only concerned about the weight I am gaining and doing things to get rid of that extra buldge. But these days I am more focussed on making daily workouts as a part of schedule, not just only for loosing weight.🧘♀️ 2. I have started feeling more calm , organized.😌 3.Increased my study hours to 12h per day 📖🖊 4. Less screen time (but I watch all of your videos😭♥)📵 5. Having no sugar since 3 months❌ 6. I had a very happening first half of the year, atleast by my standards. Some of my achievements I would say are: 1. I was very very busy throughout the semester but still managed to score great marks in my college and ACCA exams. I was really proud of myself when I saw the results. 2. I participated in a debate competition. I am terrified at the idea of public speaking. Although, our team didn't win, I was still mostly confident when I spoke and I can definitely see my progress in public speaking. 3. I got enrolled in a course where they teach skills which will be helpful in corporate life. The classes were really fun and I made a lot of new friends. 4. I also started journaling! It honestly is so therapeutic and I feel like I stop overthinking about my problems. It also feels like I am pouring all of my worries and thoughts to a somebody and makes the whole thing less burdensome. 5. Reading used to be my hobby, but since joining college, I barely have time to read. But I bought some books and started reading this year. And I realised I missed reading so much. My achievements BOX-1 1.last year was actually a really tough year for me financially and mentally but now as i've started to focus on my self i finally feel strong enough to face life and support my family financially 2.i really wanted to be a fashion designer but my parents and relative said it would be better if i do mbbs so under alot a peer pressure i started preparing for it but in february i got the courage to confront my parents and luckily i got into NID ahmedabad 3.getting out of a toxic friendship of 13 yrs i was emotionally dependent on her but she was just using me and spreading rumours about me cutting her off was actually the best decision i've ever made 4.hitting the gym not very consistent but trying my best and my bf is also very helpful i'm really grateful that we have been together for 4 moths now ❤😂

Achivements are getting rid of 2 to 3 years of cystic acne for which I had incorporate proper skincare and avoid sugar and junk and these habits helped me a lot And secondly limiting my screen time , being a neet aspirant it was difficult for me to do so as I can't compeletly keep my phone aside coz I have to watch video lecture too and at the end of the day I find myself scrolling the phone but finally I overcome it . my achievement so far is I was trying to get fit and loose weight and I finally reached that mark it has been a tough journey as I faced pcos and hormonal imbalance and lot of ridicule and fat shaming and im so proud of myself that I stayed focused and I feel so much lighter now and so confident in wearing clothes. I had never worn a dress in my life but end of may I got myself 2 dresses and wore them out and felt so good about myself :) it seriously has been a journey.

Hey....u look pretty 😻 I have not achieved anything as such in these 5 months because i was wholly preparing for an exam called csir net which is on 25th ...if I'll crack this it will be the biggest achievement...other then this i have finally started skin care and bought some products ,for the first time I have something except a lip balm ( im 24)😄.. Vse to video kl hi dekh liya tha but achivement kch thi nhi toh ky likhti but then box 1 bht accha lga to i thought jo kia h vhi likh diya jae... preparing for this exam was a challenge and i accepted it 😊...or hn i have also started weight gain workout since few weeks if that counts and gained 1.5 kgs...okk that's it... thank you for the genuine skin care suggestions ❤️ edit - I have also scored 81.33 in 3rd sem of my MSc exam and after this papa allowed me to do coaching in jaipur 🎉

Box 1 looks amazing My achievement in past few months its not a lot but small steps goes a long wat I have started eating healthy and mindfully. I make sure i domt skip my breakfast which was something that i used to skip a lot earlier I am reading my daily affirmations I am meditating. Workout 3 days a week And for 2 days i try to do yoga for stretching and mindfulness I cut on sugar and reduced my caffeine intake. I try to incorporate more and more veggies in my meals I have organized my closed and it has been the same since a month or two which for me is really good I have been doing my skincare regularly And also my bodycare Last year due to lifesttle changes i missed my periods and they became irregular and now ita getting better Making my bed daily Completed a book in two months Started project pan 2024 Getting out of my comfort zone like talking to a stranger, doing things i hate

Hi Manaswani! I hope you’re doing well:) This year till now has been a roller coaster of emotions for me. From losing a loved one to completing my second year of law school, one thing that has been constant is watching your videos. I have written this in a comment on any one of your videos before as well and will write it now also, I don’t know whether it’s the fact that you’re a lawyer and I’m also going to be one soon or that we both share the love of skincare or that I admire you and that you along with your profession, continues to paint art and stuff and it gives me a motivation to never leave my hobby behind in order to excel at my profession, but I’ve always admired you as a person. Anyways, I’m listing my achievements of this year so far below: 1) I took a semi classical dance class recently and it was surreal. I haven’t danced classical since nine years and I’ll definitely be more frequent after this dance class. 2) I scored so so so good in economics and I’m so proud of myself. 3) I went on my first solo movie date and I had so much fun! 4) Flathunting in mumbai is so tiring but I found a beautiful flat for me and my friends and am now living in my first ever flat. (Cannot wait to decorate it!!!! And also have my parents and sister over) 5) Heard my parents praising me in front of my relatives and I don’t know why but it felt like an achievement. 6) My summer break is going on currently and I’ve invested my time in thinking what I want to do in future and I’ve got a somewhat clearer picture of the same and it seems like an achievement. 7) I had French language as a subject this semester and initially I was taking it lightly but with time, I realised its importance and studied it religiously and now I’m quite good at writing French and I’m v v happy about it!!! Paris is my dream destination and idk if I’ll learn how to speak French in future or not but I can assuredly say that I’ll be able to read French there and have my “it girl” moment there. That is all I can think of at this moment. I would like to appreciate you for asking this question since it took me around 20 minutes to answer this question and has made me grateful for my life even more. I, personally love the first box i.e. Box 1… I don’t know if I’m going to win this giveaway or not but I’m really glad that I participated in the same. Really hope you had a fun year so far as well! Box 1 My achievements are: "Getting a glow up" by joining gym, it helped me to gain healthy weight and to clear out toxins from my body, second thing which I did in last eight months was to start eating healthy and quitting on all the junk food (by controlling my cravings 😢 ; toughest thing ever) and i have been learning makeup and skincare from last few months

Hi 😊 I had to reflect a lot to remember things that I consider as "achievements". They are pretty small ones, regardless, they still added value to my life. •I learnt the Hiragana Japanese characters and now I'm working on learning the Katakana characters. Learning a new language is relaxing and I've noticed that it has me more productive at my work. •I have established a simple AM and PM skincare routine send I've surprisingly been able to follow it on most if not everyday. •I've also managed to stick to having my daily vitamins without skipping days or forgetting 🎉. •I started working this year, after I earned my first salary I did not feel the same excitement that I've heard most other people feel. It was a tough transition for me, moving to a new city, living independently and when I earned my first salary I was like "meh", I think it was mainly because I was so exhausted. But yes, I am proud of myself and I'm excited for what the rest of the year has to offer❤ I will have a look at the boxes and then add my preference as a reply to this comment 😊

For the giveaway- BOX 2 OR 3(I am okay with either of these)- first of all the question you asked is so good, i mean you really want us to be proud of whatever little we have achieved and thats so sweet! tbh i feel the worst this year i dont feel like i am doing anything, i feel like a failure but i know i am not a failure, i am trying my best to be on track to focus on the good and take ONE STEP AT A TIME, so here are few of my achievements- 1- joined the gym and i was regular for a month but then i hit a rock bottom and left for another month but now i am back and i have been going since a week to the gym so yay! 2- i am in my 2nd year and i had a really bad cgpa last sem so i started to study seriously, and tbh my exams went better so i am proud of myself for it 3- started taking care of my skin and body by practising simple skincare and bodycare 4- one of the best things i am doing is going on SOLO DATES, its just the best its a part of self love,self care. 5- making handmade gifts for people i love and ig its my long lost love to make diy gifts, you know handmade gifts hit different and i am pretty good at it if i might say so 6- staying away,unfollowing/muting on instagram or saying NO to people I find toxic or they just drain my energy but I also can't fully cut them off from life you know its not easy but still baby steps. It is not easy but it needs to be done for my mental health 7- idk if it counts in my achievements but I try to pet, help the street dogs,cats or any animal specially in this heat they are the ones who are actually suffering! and i hope anyone reading this does help the voiceless animals too! I guess i can only think of these for now but there must be more, thankyou manaswani for making us think on this question, it really helps in seeing a better perspective in life especially when everyone rn is going through something! Hey Manaswani, I randomly found your channel on KZitem one day and it’s been a very cute find✨ I really love all your honest recommendations and your monthly reset videos are my favourite 🩷 so my achievements for this year are: 1. Took my grandma for the first flight of her life and her reaction was priceless 🥹 2. Had to move to a new place because of work so did all the packing and shifting stuff on my own and figured out the new home things💪🏻 3. Took my mom for a staycation at a luxury hotel because she deserves princess treatment 🎀 4. Explored a new city alone and went to cafes and van gogh immersive show which was 😍. I am so glad i went alone for that self care date🤍 5. Got done with all the visa formalities, paperwork and appointments and now counting days till i can finally see my family abroad 🥰

My accomplishments this year.❤ Firstly, thank you so much for creating such a lovely space for us to discuss something that, although it seems unimportant, is really vital. Sometimes I find it difficult to let my mind stop racing through the night, which is why I occasionally get insomnia. But I think things are improving now that I've learned to sit down my thoughts without trying to shut them off. I'm incredibly pleased and proud of it. It seems as though we have become friends, and I realize that I no longer need to be afraid of them-all I need to do is learn to listen to them. Furthermore, I'm trying to write down the things I am thankful for, how I feel at the end of the day, and the emotions I experience. I may skip some days, but I'm learning to not push myself to do things when I feel overwhelmed some days which leads me to the third point, learning to enjoy life through the ordinary things I do each day and relish doing them, trying not to force myself to do things I don't enjoy inorder to make more sense of genuinely experiencing life. Hello di❤i am more attracted towards Box no.▶️3️⃣ My past 5 months achievements are like, 1. I have Started waking up early in the morning, precisely like at 4(BRAHMA MUHURTHA). 2. I have started to complete my daily steps minimum 10k. 3. I was consuming alot of unhealthy food but now i have reduced the amount and added more protein, fiber rich food which are showing great results on my body,my skin and also my hair which i am grateful about. 4. I have started learning about plants and have created a small garden in my gallery with the help of my mom. 5. Before i used to spend alot but now i have started saving money and not buy things which are not so needed. My top achievements: 1. I have been consistent with my gym workouts. 2. I started playing a new sport , badminton and I dream of it when I go to bed. I cant wait for my next game. 3. I have been trying to be regular with my skincare routine. 4. I have really started pushing myself at work, earlier I would be a bit carefree about my work, but i have started taking more ownership at work. 5. I am trying to build a better relationship with my husband, be it learning to accept my mistake, or letting go off things when I know they dont matter as much in the long run Also I just wanted to say, i have obsessed with your content, I Love how relatable you are. First half of this year have been amazing for me✨🌻🌸. I did very well in the second semester of my college .I started eating healthy . For most part of the first year , i cut down on sugar and packaged food. I spent some quality time with my friends , explored so many things that were out of my comfort zone. Also, finally i started preparing for the entrance exam for my Ph.d. Last year around december i had major acne inflammation, touchwood with proper skincare routine , my skin is doing very well now. I also started playing outdoor sports like cricket and badminton. I also reduced my screentime by doing more of the things like drawing,colouring,skipping,reading books .So, overall i did quite well in the first half of the year.Looking forward to doing more of these things in the second half of year as wellll. I liked box no. 1 of giveaway.

These past 5-6 months have been pretty hard mentally and emotionally but I'm trying to get through it 1) As someone who graduated last year and has been on job hunt ever since, it took a huge toll on my confidence, self esteem and put me in a spiral of emotions Taking every possible effort and seeing it go down in vain really hurt and I became even more self critical of everything I did.. So after multiple breakdowns I decided to work on my mental health by taking baby steps..Deep breaths, Positive affirmations, exercise regimes..one day at a time 2) I'm trying to be more kinder to myself by positive self talk and working on upskilling myself, skincare etc 3) Being grateful for the smallest things and my amazing family and friends that I've been blessed with for their support and motivation throughout this phase 4) Supporting and volunteering for causes that I wholeheartedly support.. 5) Talking to strangers online bcoz if I can put a smile on their face and make them feel comfortable then why not! I hope you do read this message Manaswani di, even that will make me really happy.. Hey manasv🪷, ive been following you from so long you're my absolute favourite when it comes to skincare just a advice use wishcare glycolic and lactic acid body lotion it's far far better than plum one. Before i used to use plum body lotion but ended up realising that it doesn't provide anything to my skin just fragrance because it's dupe of bum bum cream.

I entered a new decade of my life , and I have finally purchased my own space for work which was on my wishlist. 2. I wanted to travel to Korea since long, which I again made it happen 😊 3. Box 2 has my heart ❤ Hi Manaswani Di i came across your channel through your "Hyped skincare and haircare" walla video ❤ My achievements in the last 5 months started early on January where i learned how to drive from my brother. It was the first thing that ticked off my 2024 bucketlist❤ My second achievement was getting to know my skin and the products that suit me , i stopped following trends on skincare products and that helped me alot in knowing what works for my skin and what doesn't ❤ My third achievement was learning to prioritise myself and treat myself better as i was always a people pleaser my whole life n that made me somehow sad at the end of the day which is why i took one step to help myself ❤ My fourth achievement was learning to say NO! Hi Manasvini, first of all I want to say that your youtube bio and the way you articulate everything made me follow you, I have completed my law degree last year and ever-since then I have been preparing for competitive exams, so yes my first and foremost achievement was to build a mindful study routine. 2) I am constantly building a mindset wherein i just want to keep myself detachad from the results and enjoy the process, and I practice meditation and Journaling for that. Also, I follow you on your ig but currently it is deactivated, I have my exam in the upcoming week🤞 (Loved the box 1)

Last six months went so soon, actually took sometime and got back here to write about my accomplishments. Actually the biggest would be a more grateful attitude. Life has been a little tough, but this year I learnt to be calm, not crib and rant and have a more grateful attitude. 2) Wanted to quit my toxic job, so learnt a skill so that I can freelance and have the freedom of time and peace of mind. 3) Learning to embrace my skin and not giving much thought to others opinions :) Box 1 and 3 look amazing! I am listing some of my achievements here... First is I have started doing yog daily in morning and i have completed one month and i am already feeling great about my self... I have topped university and have completed my 4 year graduation course with so much learning..and the most important thing that i have completed reading bhagwat geeta which makes me feel mych more alive and grateful for everything i have...I started doing painting or drawing on weekly basis which i always wanted to do as a hobby... I have started eating healthy food as well as try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.... I have reduced my screen time and i am currently trying focus on consuming good content in social media which just refreshes my mood and makes me happy... I am also preparing for my upcoming exams and balancing a healthy lifestyle..... At last we all have to live our life happily and consciously... You created all the boxes so nicely that its hard to opt for one but i want to start using a planner for better management of my day so i will like to have box 1... Hello Manaswani Didi😊 Took a few days and I am back and ready to comment about my achievements. The things I achieved in the past few months are : • My faith and beliefs and spiritual life • I passed my 11th Exam • I learnt driving and overcame my fear of driving on road • I was able to take care of 3 stray kitties in my home (I learnt how to be kind and take proper care of kittens as I always wanted to and now they're adopted and happy in a family) • My biggest achievement is that I am finally able to accept myself the way I am, the way my body and face looks. I found comfort in my own body and self. I achieved to finally stand up for myself and speak up for myself • I learnt how to cook and bake (Baking is my favourite thing to do) • I lost 5 kgs (I was overweight)and I am so happy that I took baby steps and now I am slowly achieving my aim to be healthy and treat my body and mind with tenderness and softeness • I learnt how to play casio/keyboard on my own after dropping it for the past years •Volunteered for a NGO and domestic health awareness campaign •ooh ooh and I almost forget the last and my favorite, I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO HIT THE VERY HIGH NOTE OF ONE OF MY CURRENT FAVOURITE SONG.and I am so happy These are small achievements which when I think of makes me smile and give me tears of joy because these are the things I once thought of, and now I'm living it. Box 2 My achievements past 5 months I have overcome the negative phase and healed through it , also your videos has the major part of distracting my mind through that phase I have started my own potrait business which i have been longing to start of it Then i cleared my arrears .lol. Box -3 Now coming to the list of “achievements “- 1. Started loving the way my body reacts to food. Usually i gain weight too fast and loose weight too fast too.. but usually when i used to gain weight people around me would be like hey u became too fat and that would make me conscious and i would stop eating for next one complete week or maybe just have one meal a day.. and go back to my old body.. but this time, when i gained weight and i was pointed on it, i embraced the remark.. it didnt affect me as much as it did in the past, i kept my food habit, ate whenever my heart wanted.. and it actually felt good. 2. My second achievement is that ive finally accepted the fact that college can be overwhelming for someone like me and i do not have to attend all the parties, talk to everyone in my batch or go kiss some professors’ ass. Took me four years, not achieved it completely yet, but i see progress. 3. This might be the silliest achievement for all, but im a medical student, final year and last day after my class i was coming out of the hospital and a random patient came up to me with his reports and xray and asked if anything was wrong. Now being a student i was very scared to give any professional opinion but the reports felt like it needed immediate action, so i tried to explain him in a foreign language (the state i am studying in, all patients can only speak and understand tamil) and me being a north eastern is very hard to get the language, the tone and everything. I explained him in my broken tamil and he told “thank you doctor.” Really made me smile. Made me feel like im worthy. Lastly, My biggest achievement is the fact that when i was completely shattered, i picked all the broken pieces and sat there till i got back stronger. Idk i started writing for winning the hamper but then it feels so good now. (Also little ranting, :) i got my periods today uggghhhh hate stomach pain)

LOVE Box 1 So after some extensive reflection (thank you, needed it) I think I have the following feathers to add to my hat: - I graduated from law school last month and will be starting my first ever job soon. (I was sooo pleasantly surprised to find out from one of your videos that you’re a lawyer too, made me feel strangely connected!) - I fixed (sort of) my relationship with my father, took a lot of forgiving and forgetting but it’s better for everyone involved. - I also started baking and can make a mean caramel custard now! ACHIEVEMENTS: BOX 3 1. i have been really regular with my exercise routine and i am happy to say that i have lost significant pounds and i am in my body positivity era simply living for it. 2. I was finally able to cut off ties with toxic friends and it really helped with my mental health. I feel amazing honestly. Self love is so empowering. 3. I am happy to say that i finally mastered a language so well that i even fooled some native koreans online. My accomplishments this year This year I finished my 3 and 4 sem of college they were so draining but now I can enjoy my 1 month summer vacation. I didn't purchase any clothing items this year . Donated more than half of my closet. Made a slow progress in repairing my relationship with food and ate everyday without skipping. Cut out someone toxic. Was very diligent with my skincare. I didn't study for my exams 1 day before but distributed my time well. Read 12 books. Socialized more. 💛💛💛 Love your content ✨✨

If you wouldn't have asked about my achievements then I won't have thought, honestly it's been such a turmoil in the work-life idk how to handle it. But I'll project my achievements here 1. I've become the kindest ever and learnt the art of forgiveness. 2. I've overcome my health issues I was suffering for the longest time(Touchwood) 3. I've become more regular with my workout. 4. I've started going for therapy and that has helped me to become a better person and be at peace. 5. Struggling to find a balance in work life balance but improved. 6. I've been appointed as a peer counsellor after rounds of interview. 7. I've cut ties with toxic people around and made bonds with kinder better humans. 8. I've started taking myself on a date every Sunday, nothing much just coffee, muffin(somedays) and movie.

I started going to the gym again and I have been pretty consistent with it and also am being cautious with what I eat and how I take care of my body. 2. I liked my current job but still, I had to find something better and I finally did it. I got a new job and I’ll be joining there the coming month. 3. For the past few months I felt I am spread around everywhere, where I know what I want but my overthinking was to the peak. But now I have set my mind to a state where, whether it works out or not I'm going to do it , irrespective of the outcome . I'm glad I am now going to join the course for which I have been taking a step back thinking what if i invest and if it doesn't fall in place . Now I am going to do it anyways. I have realised how mental health is important. One has to take care of themselves in order to keep themselves stable mentally, emotionally and physically. I'm thinking more not overthinking but I'm actually giving myself the space and room to think what is right. It helped me overcome my anxiety and I am able to sort out things for myself. I have started going on slow morning walks and writing my thoughts down. I have learnt so much about selfcare from you through your skincare , shower routine and my favourite to actually do in real time and watch content is about cleaning, declutter and cooking 🤌 I feel good about everything around me and I'm grateful for it. Hey! For the giveaway (Box1) , my achievements would be: 1) i finally resigned from my job in bangalore and shifted to my hometown to start a new course in data science which I always wanted to do. Shifting from the field of biology research to data science wasn’t an easy decision. But thats what life is right?! :). Choosing to upskill and doing what you love! 2) i started to workout this year and i started doing so from march! And oh god! I have started to get back on my mandala art work which I left long time ago I have my channel too but I stopped posting all because of lack of concentration!! 2.Being introvert I started to be more open to my loved ones 3. Already feeling lighter writing this because I’ve been in a negative headspace the last couple of days due to my work but just thinking about what my achievements have been in the recent months made me realise I’m doing better than I thought. So here it goes - 1. I lost my Naani, the woman who raised me in December last year and I’ve finally come to a place where I can begin to think of her beautiful memories with gratitude and appreciation instead of feeling heartbroken. grief is a journey I know, but I’m taking it one day at a time - that’s a big achievement for me. 2. I got my own flat in Mumbai in April, living alone for the first time everrr. Turns out adulting 24X7 and taking care of your own self is a bigggg achievement - and so is enjoying your own company So yeah that’s that! You know what, I’m actually doing okay!!!

First off, Thank you.. I legit took a moment to think about my achievements. I don’t think I’d do that otherwise. Hence I’m back on the video to comment. The first half has been a mix of personal and professionally. 1. Me and husband took the first international trip together 2. I got promoted!! Yayyy! 3. Completed a successful year in a completely new city. 4. Joined gym, got to be consistent though 😅 5. Stopped beating myself up for sweating on small stuff. 70% of the time. Still progress 😂 Such a sweet activity. I’m left feeling positive. Thank you! ☺️

I was quite bad at cooking and really afraid of using a gas burner but i have overcomed that and now i am able to cook quite good! So i am quite proud of it. 2. After years of procrastinating i have finally taken up photography again and this year i will be curating an exhibition ( quite small) but very significant for me. 3. hi manaswani, how have you been? firstly thank-you so much for being so mindful about your giveaways, it really helps one sit & reflect back. Well for the achievements i may have a few, right from connecting with people in a genuine way. Past 6 years have been filled with social anxiety and fear of not ever finding people I fit in with. TBH, i made big strides socially. Some people who used to be acquaintances became friends, and I became a better friend to the friends I already had. My anxiety about being around other people is way down. Purchased way less takeout this year. Picked up watercolor painting again & started paintaing galaxies & moon & stars, i love these things. This semester I graduated & passed both my courses, with a first division with a distinction while also being a uni topper in one of the courses, the year was emotionally & physically taxing but the hardwork finally payed off. Got accepted & completed my internship in one of the finest government hospitals in India, learnt about the mental health crisis in detail & got an opportunity to be of service to others. I found phrases that help me remember to focus on what I CAN control. This has drastically changed my outlook on life. I let a lot go now, and work hard on specific things. I’m happier, and I hope this means I am better towards, and for others. Finally started learning & experimenting with digital art & designing, i've always wanted to design cute birthday cards for people i love, and gift them those so now i have finally decided to go ahead and learn the skill to do that this year. I made it through another year. I didn't let life beat me down. I managed to smile through the bull shit and breathe through chaos. This in itself was a major obstacle. I'm still here is my accomplishment. Started preparing for my Mphil Clinical Psych enterance by figuring out what specialisation i want to go ahead with. Finally started processing the loss of my grandmother, it still hasn't come properly but it's still something i'm working through almost an year now. Started sleeping better. My jasmine plant finally started flowering this spring. Saved up and bought things for people i deeply cherish & love. started walking slow baby steps post my fracture & my 2 major ligament tears, i really don't want to cave in for a surgery. Finally healed my relationship with my skin & stopped being less paranoid about my skin's vicious cycle of acne & acne marks & started taking care of my skin not out of compulsion but just plain love for myself & my well being. It took me a lot of time to write this comment. I really think l've not accomplished anything big this year and this year has took a lot of things away from me! From losing my family to getting physically ill, it has been the worst one for me. To me, the only thing that I accomplished is that I faced everything that I was scared of and I'm pushing myself to overcome it. I'm able to get out of bed each morning when I don't feel like getting up anymore. I've been working out regularly in spite of feeling physically and emotionally exhausted. That's what l'm a lil proud of currently. I've lost the fit body nd perfect figure that l achieved after so much of hard work but I'm working towards getting it back! It will take time for me to heal completely but I guess there will be sunshine again someday... I still don't feel like doing anything with all my will but I'm happy that I don't let my thoughts dominate over me. Have been watching you from a month or so since l discovered your channel nd I must say I love your videos! Nd you're so pretty! I would love it have box number 3 and lots of love to u! In the last five months I have started journaling after watching your planner video. Starting to take care of my mind through meditation. Uhmm honestly speaking my acheivement forr this 5 month is veryyy smalll(I'm a neet student ndd uk neet cndn rn) - Earlier i used to study like 3-5 hrs dailyy btt uska koi benefit ni hota thaa bs aise pdh rhii thii btt this yrr i started studying approx 10-11 hr on daily basis wd full conc.. And i m so proud of myself tht i did itt bcozz i used to think thatt maii utna pdh hi ni sktii bt now i cannn. - I used to judge ppl very easilyy bt this yrr till noww i started doing it very less frankly speaking bcoz shi nii hai dusro ko judge krnaa - i used to react very quicklyyy bt this yr i am trying to understand things nd then react itt - earlier i used to wake around noon bt this yr i wake up around 7 a.m. nd also sleep early. So yeah my sleep cycle is finally okayyy. Ik all of these acheivement r veryy small btt tbh its big fr mee bcozz i used to suffer a lot by these habitss💅🤌🫂🧿 Lovee the first boxx. Things which I feel like I can count in my achievements till now is 1.fiest of all I am really proud of myself how I am managing every situation this year as I am not giving a fuck about anyone and anything beacuse we should love ourself first . 2. I started taking care of myself more 3. Starting gym beacuse I realize health is wealth if I don't care about myself then who should . 4. I feel like I realize alot this year , I started taking care of my loved ones , strat spending time with my loved ones . 5. I broke the pattern of procrastination by challenging myself by doing 21 day challenge of hobbies I am really proud of my achievements and I will constantly improve myself no matter what because If I don't then who else will do it 💗😭 After seeing all the options I want the 1st one . The thing's that I unknowingly achieved in these 5 months are bigger than things I achieved in last 5 years 🧿❤ - I got to know about my skin more and followed a routine which works for me rather than listening to someone and blindly buying something - I didn't give up on my self, significantly reduced my acne and faded the acne marks - Focused on my health as I experienced so much Hairfall & weightloss which is a bit better now - Cherished all the time I spent with my family - Studied a lot actually to clear the semester. Hey Manaswini..few of what i believe as my achievements 1.I could make it to visit my parents in the first half of year with my daughter during hwr summer vacation..bcz usually it became the least priority after marriage and responsibilities 2.Am so happy that i could make my 4yr old enjoy her first summer vacation to the fullest. 3.Being a Mallu..I finally succeeded in teaching My half mallu-half Himachali toddler to learn some malayalam words and phrases😊 4.I could achieve my targets in work as well by gods grace 5.In the last 5 months,I could take charge over myself and prevented random unnecessary fights with spouse which coud affect my mental health. 6.Above all I did find exclusive Me time where i could indulge in skincare ,massages,movies and some Thai food which I love all by myself😊

I can tell how deeply thought all the curated boxes are and I really love Box 3 ❤ So speaking of my achievements in the past 5 months, I completed my Masters last year and haven’t been able to figure out what I want to do ever since. I definitely want to get into a skincare/ makeup company but it’s so tough 😭 One day in Feb, I randomly thought about starting an Instagram account to review all the skincare and makeup products I own. I watch a lot of skincare stuff and by now, I know a lot about it and know what works for me and what doesn’t so thought might as well do something out of it. And here I am, I haven’t grown as much as I had anticipated but it’s alright! I am trying my best and that’s what matters right? I am at 450 followers right now, hoping to reach 1K soon 🥹 I post every other day and am trying to hop on all the trends and grow my page ❤ Also, I really really love watching you. I genuinely thought I didn't have any achievements in the past five months till now but after giving it a thought I might actually have a few achievements and I am grateful to you for actually making me realize this regardless if I win this giveway or not .So I will list my achievements down below 1.I have learned that I don't need to change who I am for someone to like me I have tried doing it and it makes me feel horrible so I started doing things that I actually want and it makes me so happy and fulfilled 2.I am finally coming out of the grief of my grandma and uncle's death which happened last year they both got diagnosed with last stage cancer and died one week apart from each other and it affected me a lot but now I am finally able to accept it 3.I again started working on my passion(you were the inspiration ) 4.I stopped associating my self worth with how my body looks (I have pcod so its easier to gain weight but I have started focusing on my health rather than my "weight") 5.I am now more mindful of whom I choose to hangout with
