If you spec out the heavy variant of the starter ship you can use it when you change squadrons. I keep a copy of the heavy variant of the Scyk, TIE and Z-95 spec'd out with MK IV parts and a droid with maxed commands. You basically start the squadron with a T5 ship and can use it through the entire squadron quest line. Including the Corvette.

Another question for you bud...I am Imperial +600 faction with - 100 rebel, started doing this yesterday so i can start doing space missions but when i go to one of the "starter" NPC's in Bestine or Theed they both say the same thing "I think I recognize you. You're on a wanted list I think..." and i have no clue what to do, have you heard of this or seen this?

They usually say this if you're a member of the Rebel Alliance or left the faction within the last 48 hours. You must join the Empire before you can interact with any of the Imperial Squadron trainers. You can join the Empire via any Imperial Recruiter. If you left the Rebel Alliance recently you'll need to wait a full 48 hours before you can speak to an Imperial Recruiter.

Is the jedi starfighter worth having (if it had more mass like the advanced X-Wing it would be worth having in my opinion) but I think it's more of a nostalgia item

It is a great small interceptor for PvP but the mass makes it hard to build out. I wouldn't make it my first project.

The JSF is great for a lot of PVP and PVE... If you only load a Borstel in it rather than two weapons, you can get by with a MK III cap with overloads. With that ship it comes down to the droid commands. You can do a lot with a little. I'd start with all MK III parts. Get a Borstel in there (or equivalent) and go from there. There is a tool called the JTL Performance Tuner that you can use to test fit parts. It will even show you what happens with certain droid commands. It's an old clunky app, but it is pretty useful. Then you just upgrade and tweek here and there until it does what you want it to do. MK IV engine would probably be the first thing I'd upgrade to.

You made a comment that you finished Bespin twice..and made 30 or so million credits?? Where do I start these missions on bespin 🤣

You can start the main Bespin questline by speaking to the Hoth entrance NPC in the Aurilia Guild Hall (i.e. the Snow Trooper and Rebel Snow Trooper). Your character has to be aligned to the faction of the NPC you're speaking with and have at least two badges from the Battle of Hoth instance. You can get 1 badge for entering the instance and another from visiting the hanger entrance of Echo Base, you don't have to complete the instance. The wiki page has more info and my first Rebel Bespin video explicitly walks through this process: swglegends.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bespin_Questline

Space has no minimum level requirement, you could start it at level 5 if you wanted. I started space on this character after finishing the Naboo Legacy (~40) to take a break from the ground-based quest content. If you want to complete all of the Kashyyyk Quests then you'd probably want to start space before heading there.

You gain ground XP as well. Not much, but a bit. If you are grinding pretty heavy you could make a level or two. XP buffs with max luck helps too.
