Man the first level 4 building I worked had nothing but C,D,and E Numbers. J numbers were barely hitting the yards. We had 1 maybe 2 B numbers and after a while a couple J numbers rolled in later I use to get a lot of wisdom from guys like him. They taught me more than the academy ever could have. They never once tried to hustle me or cross me up. As long as mutual respect was given it was all good. Like an OG told me back then, give a man respect until he gives you a reason not to. He also told me to never forget where the line is at. And now we have CDCR, glad I’m long gone.

Chill, let me ask your opinion on a hypothetical scenario…. Let’s say there’s a guy who’s a plug. He’s not ignorant to how the streets and can hold his own but his position is a business man but doesn’t involve himself in the street life and politics of his clients. Over time clients get real greedy and much more active on the streets. They end up killing a few of their own people and few other steer cats that ain’t necessarily gang members but they’re in the streets a little but ain’t pushin all that hard. The plugs clients go on a killing spree. Eventually they get caught and straight up lie and tell the law the plug made the call on every single hit. The plug isn’t known to be snitch at all but now he’s looking at life if he don’t work with the law. Is the plug considered a snitch for not taking life for murders he didn’t even know happened until the assailants got arrested and charged. Is the plug wrong for not wanting to get life and miss out on seeing his kids grow up, leave his wife alone to fend for herself.? Probably be in the pen when his parents pass away. Hypothetically the plug is a white guy and knows the white guys probably have no wiggle room for anyone with state’s evidence on their paperwork. Is there any room at all to explain the reasoning behind your cooperation? In the world outside the it seems ubsurd to label someone a snitch cause they won’t take the rap for stuff they had nothing to with that happened 2000 miles away they had no clue even happened until the real killers got caught and it hit the news. Just curious of your opinion as former inmate and now a rightous civilian. Love your content and love your honesty and appreciation for all men regardless of their race, ethnicity or where they came from. You have rich knowledge you’re doing the right thing with.
@16dalife20
4 ай бұрын
Was the plug ever charged with the murders? I ask because it would seem simply being the plug, even admittedly in court doesn't justify or couldn't bring murder charges unless there was much more evidence that showed potential involvement of a conspiracy. The plug whether he was charged or not wouldn't be a snitch and shouldn't be considered one for denying involvement in the crime and especially for refusing to accept responsibility for a murder he had no knowledge of, even if he was subpoenaed to court and denied involvement on the stand of only the murders alone, but where it gets tricky at is if he came to court denied involvement in the murders but also provided testimony of supplying the guy who murdered people with work in order to essentially help the D.A.'S theory that the guy was a drug selling murderer , people will definitely feel he snitched because he aided the prosecution Ina murder trial. A man can go to court and deny or accept his own involvement in criminal activity but never confirm the actions of anyone else in a court of law
@Left-Hook-Lefty
4 ай бұрын
@@16dalife20 in this hypothetical scenario the plug did take the stand. He was looking at time for money laundering which they can give you 5-99 years for. Keep in mind the person he took the stand against lied said the plug ordered multiple orders. Even when on the stand the plug never said anything that directly implicated anyone in the murders. Just answered some questions about organizational structure who used power as a manipulation tool. Keep in mind the plug wasn’t down with murders and told everyone violence is bad for business. Also the plug was real tight with one of the guys that got murdered over nothing. There’s another twist in the story. The plug was white guy from the west coast and the cats that allegedly did the murders were black. When the white guy got extradited to Texas he learned real hard lesson in just how racist the world can still be and especially in police force down south. They let him know he was a race traitor and that was a capitol offense in their personal opinion. Luckily the DA didn’t come across as racist as the cops that did the interrogation. This hypothetical story has multiple people with basketball numbers locked up already and more still to go to trial mostly cause everybody rolled on everyone. All this talk about gang loyalty and everyone flipped as soon as the pressure cooker got turned up. I know I’m getting a little long winded here but let’s keep this hypothetical and say I’m the plug. Is it really snitching if you’re telling the truth so you don’t have to do time for murders they committed I was against if I was the plug. Especially since one of the guys was real tight with me and it broke my heart. Again, let’s hypotheticaly say I am the plug and I did talk. I’d be willing to take responsibility for my actions on the money laundering charges and if they end up sending me to joint then I’d except the punishment I’d have to serve. Knowing this, I wouldn’t PC up and the Whiteboys would get off me on me pretty bad. It is what it is but it don’t seem right to call the plug a snitch loosely testifying against the guys that did the murders when they’re trying to put it on all the plug. I’m guessing you can’t dispute what’s on your paperwork and you gotta own it but sometimes it seems like circumstances should be taken into consideration.
