This is great, thank you! If you have a chance do you mind to do the suburbs around Chadstone shopping centre? Chadstone, Ashwood n Malvern East & then maybe one on oakleigh n Hugesdale. Thank you.

Thanks for watching! I’m not as familiar with those areas 😅 Ashwood and Malvern East is probably more Aussie oriented. As for Chadstone, one just need to be aware that there is a fair number of Public Commission Houses in the area. Also, from observation, besides Caucasians, there’s a fair number of Asians and some Africans. Oakleigh is traditionally a more Greek oriented suburb.

@@AussieHKC9 Thanks for the reply and info. Have just done some research, the public housing is in fact in Ashwood. The Ashwood Chadstone Gateway project in Ashwood included the cluster of neighbouring sites on Power Avenue, Elliott street and Warrigal road. When I was a teenager I lived in MT. Waverley but it has changed so much since. Now am planning to move back for retirement. :-) Blessings !!

It’s seems very convenient when living in Mount Waverley, is there any good government secondary girls school? Many Asian living this area?

@@kennischeng4846 There’s only one government high school in the area and it’s a co-ed school. I would say there’s a fairly high ratio of Asians in the suburb.
