This month's forum will dive into local city tree ordinances and their role in managing oak wilt. Brian Schwingle from the MN DNR will discuss oak wilt biology and history in Minnesota, provide an overview of standard city ordinances aimed at managing oak wilt, show real-world examples of ordinances in action, and discuss an alternate ordinance that deviates from the standard.
