As an Argentine I tell you that concerts are lived like this in my country, even more so if the band is of such quality. enjoy!

Some of their songs do have a pop sound to them but they are really more diverse a band a lot of people realize, i would love to hear you guys listen to a live version of headshrinker for example which is pure punk in my opinion

Noel usually plays this electric especially in the oasis days. I was shocked watching sky news after the Manchester bombing every was stood mourning and a woman started singing this and slowly every mourning there friends and loved ones joined in it was insane.

I've seen a couple of interviews with Noel where he was asked to give advice for young songwriters, or something similar to that, and the advice that he's given on more than one occasion is (paraphrasing) "Don't try and write a rock song. Try and write a pop song, and then turn it into a rock song later"... So you're pretty spot-on with the pop/rock assessment. And there's obviously infleunces in various Oasis tracks from T. Rex, The Beatles, Slade, The Kinks etc. which have that same vibe.

I saw them a few times in the 90s as a teenager and then kind of fell out of love with them. We decided to go and see them for nostalgia's sake on their 2009 tour. I'm glad we did now. They broke up a few weeks later. I do love some of the stuff Noel has done since with Highflying Birds. The Dying of the Light is one of my favourites by him.

Great video guys. That's what I love about you both the honesty. Chris is not huge on oasis but I'd rather hear that than him sitting open mouthed saying this song has changed my outlook on life, it shook me to my core etc etc. And like I said before if every video was great I liked it, great really enjoyed it all you would be doing is paying lip service to the kofi request or the artist. Don't change guys ps I love oasis 😄

I suppose it's fair to call Oasis "pop" in the same way as it applies to The Beatles and Stones, but it's a bit of an old-fashioned label now. In the 21st Century, pop is essentially the manufactured shite we all have rammed down our throats by Cowell and co. While Oasis have some brilliant "pop" tunes, they can definitely do a rawer, heavier sound too. I'd recommend Headshrinker, Rock n Roll Star, or the Manchester GMEX version of Fade In/Out. Keep up the good work, lads. I'm enjoying these. Cheers. 👍

Not many bands can just casually Shepard the crowd along like Noel does. Always thought Noel has bags of charisma and holds the crowd. Disagree about pop in the main.

Oasis were most heavily influenced by the Beatles, an influence that was frequently labelled as an "obsession" by British media.[105][106][107] In addition, members of Oasis have cited Bee Gees,[108] David Bowie, the Buzzcocks,[109] the Damned,[110] the Doors, Bob Dylan, Peter Green-era Fleetwood Mac,[111] Jimi Hendrix, the Jam, Joy Division,[109] the Kinks, the La's, Led Zeppelin, MC5,[112] New Order,[109] Nirvana, Pink Floyd, the Rolling Stones, Sex Pistols, Slade, Small Faces, the Smiths,[113] the Stooges,[110] the Stone Roses,[114] U2, T. Rex,[115] the Velvet Underground,[116] the Verve, the Who, and Neil Young, as an influence or inspiration.

Great subjective assessment of this performance, and of the band as a whole. I tend to agree with you. I don't deny their talent and draw, but Oasis just don't captivate me near as much as they do their fervent fan base.
