Lots of great imagery in the video. Fills my heart with joy, even though I know the rules. 😃

Cheers Nils! Gotta try and make it look good! I certainly came across a couple of things I'd missed as I went through the rules again too!

@@AshandStoneNZ Mission accomplished. Yeah, one always does, right? Especially if you are playing multiple systems, but only a few times a year. Always difficult to catch everything.

Yeah, it's just one of those things. Still, it's nice to brush up on them now and then. Especially when I haven't had as much time to play lately.

Great tutorial series. Would be worth mentioning that artillery get a champion die, meaning that on a 10 you can take out a units officer. It makes your army commander ridiculously vulnerable to those massing artillery and using them as snipers to go leader-hunting.

Cheers Brandlin! Yeah, a particularly nasty tactic... And not the sort of thing I'd be interested in playing against!

Another great video, you really helping new players getting into the hobby and into Oathmark, and old grognards like me to explain the game to new players. Congratulations for an amazing job.

I'm very new to Oathmark. I was literally about to ask if you can take the men out of the movement trays when crossing rough or partially blocked terrain, then a few minutes in I saw my answer :) I like the idea of taking them out when passing through forests etc just for a touch more immersion/realism.

Although not to avoid moving through rough terrain, unfortunately! The "flow around" mechanic allows you to go around obstacles, but if one of your guys is moving through rough terrain, the whole unit still gets slowed, by the book. Might be one to clarify with your mates!

Sweet, I'll keep it in mind. I can't claim to be very experienced with Frostgrave though, so I reckon others are probably better suited for it. In any case, I want to get more battle reports up first!
