2 cups (200 g) oatmeal. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice.
Rinse 1/2 cup (70 g) raisins in hot water.
Rinse 8 dried apricots in hot water.
1 carrot.
1 apple.
3 eggs.
2 tablespoons olive oil. Vanilla.
7 inch (18 cm) baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 45-50 minutes.
