Ingredients
1 egg
a pinch of salt
20 g oat bran (you can use ground oat flakes)
20 ml milk (can be replaced with water)
100 g low-fat cottage cheese (I have 0.8%)
100 g persimmon (any berries, fruits)
Mix all the ingredients. Bake in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Under the lid.
Over medium heat.
2 minutes on each side.
