โฃ Ingredients (24cm one loaf)
** 1cup(250ml) & 1Tbsp(15ml) ** I wrote measuring cup measurement as a service, but I use and recommend โgโ measurement. *
โทoats 70g (3/4cup)
โทwater(into oats) 140g (140ml)
โทwater(into dough) 175g (175ml) *have to adjust how much water you need(must follow video)
โทinstant dry yeast 5g (1+1/4tsp)
โทhoney 15g (1Tbsp) *or sugar
โทsalt 6g (1+1/4tsp)
โทbread flour 150g (1cup)
โทwhole wheat flour 150g (1cup)
โท(extra) oats โ for coating the surface (05:50)

๐ How to keep it
* Put it in a food container and store it at room temperature. It is delicious to eat within 3 days. Or, when the bread is fresh, it is frozen and then naturally defrosts and have it.
* If you already sliced bread, you can toast sliced frozen bread in a toaster directly. (Easy + Good!)
