구운 츄러스(Baked churros)
1. 무염버터, 우유, 물, 소금, 설탕을 냄비에 넣고 버터를 먼저 녹여주고 가운데까지 바글바글 끓여준다(중약불)
2. 불을끄고 바로 체친 찹쌀가루, 중력분, 시나몬가루를 넣고 한덩어리로 섞어준다(덩어리지지 않게)
3. 중불로 재가열해주고 반죽을 골고루 저으며 수분을 날려준다(바닥에 얇은막이 생길때까지)
4. 반죽을 볼에 옮겨담고 달걀에 바닐라익스트랙을 섞어준다
5. 반죽에 달걀을 나눠넣으며 섞어준다(반죽을 주걱을 들여올렸을때 역삼각형 모양으로 천천히 떨어지는 정도)
6. 반죽을 짤주머니에 담고 865깍지(또는 별깍지)로 길쭉하게 짜준다(끝부분을 칼로 잘라준다)
7. 190도로 예열한 오븐에서 15-20분정도 구워준다
8. 황설탕, 시나몬가루를 섞어준다
9. 구워진 츄러스에 녹인버터를 얇게 발라준다
10. 황설탕+시나몬가루에 굴려서 묻혀준다

시나몬가루 1g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
달걀 80g
황설탕 100g
시나몬가루 5g

Baked Churros
1. Put unsalted butter, milk, water, salt, and sugar in a saucepan, melt the butter first, and boil it over medium heat until the center of the pan is boiling.
2. Turn off the heat and add the sifted glutinous rice flour, bread flour, and cinnamon powder and mix it thoroughly until one lump.
3. Reheat over medium heat, stir the batter evenly and blow off the moisture until a thin layer forms on the bottom.
4. Put the batter into the pan and mix the vanilla extract with the egg.
5. Divide the batter into eggs and mix until the batter drops from the spatula slowly in an inverted triangle shape.
6. Put the batter in a pastry bag and squeeze it with the #865 tip (or star tip). (Cut the ends with a knife)
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ℃ for 15-20 minutes.
8. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
9. Spread melted butter thinly on the baked churros.
10. Roll it in brown sugar + cinnamon powder to coat it.
Ingredients for Baked Churros
Unsalted butter 40g

Bread flour 90g

Vanilla extract 2g

Brown sugar 100g
Cinnamon powder 5g
Some melted butter
Churros Panggang
1. Masukkan unsalted butter, susu, air, garam, dan gula ke dalam panci, lelehkan mentega terlebih dahulu, lalu rebus dengan api sedang hingga bagian tengah panci mendidih.
2. Matikan api, masukkan tepung beras ketan, tepung roti, dan bubuk kayu manis yang sudah diayak, aduk rata hingga menggumpal.
3. Panaskan kembali di atas api sedang, aduk adonan secara merata dan tiupkan uap air sampai terbentuk lapisan tipis di bagian bawah.
4. Masukkan adonan ke dalam panci dan campurkan ekstrak vanila dengan telur.
5. Bagi adonan menjadi telur dan aduk hingga adonan turun dari spatula perlahan membentuk segitiga terbalik.
6. Masukkan adonan ke dalam kantong kue dan peras dengan ujung #865 (atau ujung bintang). (Potong ujungnya dengan pisau)
7. Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan hingga 190℃ selama 15-20 menit.
8. Campur gula merah dan bubuk kayu manis.
9. Oleskan mentega cair tipis-tipis pada churros yang sudah dipanggang.
10. Gulingkan churros dalam gula merah + bubuk kayu manis untuk lapisi.
