I honestly watched tons of OBS video tutorials. Nothing was as practical and clear as this (and the other green screen trick you did). Thank you.

I love how your tutorial videos just start and immediately get to the point without 5 minutes of skits, cramming in cringy jokes, or shilling for likes. Clear, easy to follow instructions, detailed explanations, good pacing, and excellent results. My only question is: Why don't you use Noise Suppression? Do you find it redundant, because of Noise gate?
@Voorny

haha thanks man. To be fair I have been toying with the idea of 30 second tutorials where I show quick tips and literally get STRIGHT to the point.
@AtheistJr

@@Voorny That would be good if you're doing Shorts. But I like these slower paced vids where I can follow along in OBS. 30 seconds would be too fast for that.

@@Voorny Do you have a video that has the best settings for streaming? I do a lot of "test recordings" and it's saying that the recording is getting overloaded and I should change the output settings. Does that matter if I'm gonna be streaming?

There are usb dynamic mics. I use an at2005. And there are a few others out there. I wanted something usb and rugged that wont pick up too much background noise. And it has xlr input so Itll be a useful mic forever. The samson q2u is another one with good reviews. and I think there are some with usb type c nowadays.

A better way is to take the Gate before the Compressor in case of in your way you compress the Sound of your background too, and this is what you don‘t Need or want to have!
