ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUT
Brussel Sprouts - washed, trimmed, and cut in half lengthwise
1/8 Cup Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
1/8 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Toss brussel sprouts with all ingredients . Please sprouts in a single layer of on a sheet pan (cut side down) and cover pan tightly with foil. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Once fork tender, remove the foil and cook for another 2-4 minutes to brown and crisp the leaves.
