How on God’s green earth are you sitting on the sidelines for EvW14? Has Engin lost his mind?? Is he not aware that you are basically the #1 US right arm at this point, pound for pound?

@@dereksteele2284 who’s beating him? The super heavies like Michael and Corey? At this point, it stands to reason he would even be difficult for them. Yes, #1 in the US POUND FOR POUND.

@@dereksteele2284 you really think so? He basically annihilated Matt Mask who’s in good form now. I think all of those are good matches, but he’s heavier than Paul, Todd and John. He’s in that 115 category. I don’t think he loses to any of those guys. Incredibly underrated and somehow Engin is really fucking this up. I don’t get it.

@@jrock2460 you said he's the strongest pound for pound. All these guys beat him if he drops down in weight. He's pretty close to the weight of MMT and Dave Chaffee, and I know he ain't beating those guys

KZitem algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... imagination is important for me, as i go through different ways i could have pulled, did this or that, or what i would like to try next time, at practice and more. sometimes shadow boxing in my mind, when i can't be near a table.

@@bradgrundy512 I’m a strength and conditioning coach by profession so programming and things of that short come pretty easy, I’m looking for someone to help with the nuances of technique / optimization of exercise selection (essentially the kind of content you post) so I think someone with good english would be better for me although it would be an honor to work with such a legend. @@KongNator I like the concept but none of the spring devices are set in the correct angle to pull them. would need to be connected to something you could drag it down at a 80deg

@@bradgrundy512 I agree, do you ever train with replica hands ? To really give the feel of actual pulling ? When you turn your wrist to the outside is that to use bio mechanical advantage to apply pressure to opponents hand towards their fingers to get their wrist to crack back ? Almost like using their force against them to assist in said cracking back of the wrist.
@bradgrundy512
Ай бұрын
@@KongNator Yes kinda, it's a more effective way of wrist flexión for what i do. But no i don't use any replica hands, the only ones i know of are the art arm handles and i think they're horrible. Your better off just gripping up with a hand before you do exercises
