For the third part, if we look left into the current source with Rin, the circuit reduces to a Thevenin equivalent of IinRin with a series Rin. Hence the feed-in network becomes same as the feedback network (both are T R-C-R). So Vout = -Zfb/Zin*IinRin etc.

That’s a nice approach. Will talk more about this in another video. We cannot directly divide two R-C-R networks, we need to do another T to PI transformation for both the networks and then apply Zfb/Zin, we will get the same result.

Another Simpler way of finding AC gain is using Reciprocity.
