This run is done on a pre-release version of Ocarina of Time that surfaced earlier this year, referred to as "Version 0.9" which was likely the last version of the game before the original 1.0 release version. This version has many more glitches that were patched out of the final release, some of them being glitches that actually would have helped speedruns. 2 glitches in particular, the ability to get magic without the magic bar, and the ability to get glitched sword damage that has bomb damage properties, change the GSR speedrun pretty significantly.
This category is Ganondorf Source requirement (GSR for short). This category aims to beat Ganondorf (and Ganon) while not using any item manipulation glitches (meaning every item must come from their "source") as well as banning Wrong Warp and Stale Reference Manipulation. It's basically the category that bans the most significant glitches in the game, and is one of the most popular categories to run in the normal game.

This version is not allowed on the main leaderboards as only officially released versions are allowed. However if there is enough interest, it could get a spot on the OoT category Extensions leaderboard, which has a lot more fun/silly speedruns.
This is sort of part-LOTAD and part-TAS, this was still mostly human play with lots of savestates, but I did a lot more TAS-like stuff in this so I went with just calling this a TAS.
