After having my Creality Ender 3 v2 Neo with Octoprint for about 6 months now, I've printed A LOT of stuff. It's worked really well for me and can even be worthy of comparison to an industrial machine from Markforged called the X3. Since I work as a manufacturing engineer I have access to toys that I wouldn't ever be able to afford for my shop, but it allows me to use and review to something you do have access to in a Creality printer.
Among the many things in the video, I don't know about the print farm ability of an Ender 3 in a non controlled environment. Turning a hobby machine into a production machine is something to consider with hesitation. Other than that, there are many ways that a hobby machine can hold up to an industrial machine.
